They overcharged us on (2) $5. value meals by a couple of dollars and then said they didn’t know how to refund the money. They kept dismissing it as only a couple of dollars that I shouldn’t care if they kept. It’s quite pathetic if workers aren’t educated enough to refund money if they make a mistake. The food was cold and they kept giving us nasty looks and whispering about us while we ate. Poor training,poor quality employees and food product.

Very disappointed in my experience. I went more than two hours before they closed and every table had a chair on top of it except for two of the small two person tables and the big table with the stools. I got my food and did not want to sit on the stools next to strangers and the small tables were taken so I sat down at a booth with a chair on top of it. Mind you I’m just one person and was being careful to not make a mess and was planning on wiping it off when I was done, and they would have over 2 hours to wipe it down when I left! So I’m eating my meal and a worker comes up to me and tells me the table that I’m sitting at is closed and that I need to move to an open table. I said I’m sorry I didn’t realize since basically every table had a chair on it but I’m already eating so what difference does it really make and you can’t expect people to want to sit by strangers. And she just said that that table was closed and no one could sit at it anymore. Look I have worked fast food and I understand starting the process of closing as early as you can but you cannot expect only three tables to be used the last 2 hours of your shift. I usually am not bothered by customer service or things like this because I’ve worked plenty of fast food and customer service like jobs and understand everyone has their days, but this was really just silly and I don’t think they should be aloud to treat customers that way.

Not only was my burger undercooked and pink still but the entire time we were eating a employee was throwing chairs around the dining area “cleaning” but very clearly was not happy about it, sliding them around the tile, banging them against the tables, tossing them on top of tables. Very loudly and unprofessional.

I never really have faith in McDonald’s anymore. We came to this one (12/23/2021 @5:45) expecting the usual, order wrong, most employees angry, dirty tables etc. I was pleasantly surprised. My son said he wanted nuggets and so that’s what I got. In true 3 year old fashion he got it and proceeded to tell me he wanted a burger. The manager gave him one, for free. My 21 month old dropped his chocolate milk and instead of just giving us a ton of napkins or giving us a rag, the manager came and helped us clean it. Then I realized that my burger had lettuce even though the paper said no lettuce. I wasn’t even mad at this point. I just told him and he remade it immediately. And everything was quick. They brought out my kids food while mine was cooking which was awesome! Thank you so much!!!!!

This McDonald’s is located inside Walmart, not an exceptional location, but it will do I suppose considering it’s inside a Walmart burger was a little on the dark side and dried out but at least the french fries were fresh

So me and my wife were collecting the BTS figures and we needed three more we got to this McDonald’s and Manuel was very helpful and made our mission apart of his mission we were only able to find 2 out of the 3 but Manuel was awesome and helpful he cares about the customers great experience.

Came in to eat tonight at 6:25 pm and we went to sit and the girl working told us sorry the back of the lobby is closed however every table was full in the front i said so where are we supposed to sit we are a family of 5 she said i dont know im like i came to eat inside this is horrible service especially since its literally 4 hours prior to closing how the hell they gonna close half the lobby 4 hours early that is ridiculous i have worked fast food before i get it but 4 hours early is excessive they should just close this location at that point.

McDonald’s is not well known for its cleanliness or service and this store is the absolute epitome of why. From the moment I walked in, hoping to get a quick bite before doing my Walmart shopping, I was greeted with absolute disgust. Not a single table was clean, not a single exception. Trash on top, trash in the seats, trash on the floor. I’ll never eat here again. I’d rather walk in the cold to the store on riverdale road then step foot in this disaster. The Health Department needs to visit this place ASAP.
