Google and the front door says the restaurant closes everyday at 10pm. I placed an online order for pickup at 9:05 and the worker canceled the order and claims the restaurant closes at 9pm on Sundays. I didn’t get notified he canceled it so I showed up. I knocked and the worker opened up and said they close at 9pm and I said everything says 10pm. He replied in Spanish “the signs say one thing but the owner tells me to close at 9 on Sundays” and laughs and closes and locks the door in my face

Stopped here to have lunch and the lady preparing my food was nice but then after I got my wrap right in the center where it was cut was her hair. I returned it and told her about the hair and she didn’t understand what I was saying. I don’t understand. I know people need jobs but come on not even a little English? Not even a hair wrap? Due to my job we only get 30 minutes lunch break. Thanks for wasting my 30 minute lunch break because they don’t have or seem to have a policy to wear hair nets.

Just bought a sandwich from here, to go. The bread is not fresh and neither is the meat. If I were closer to them I would surely take it back. Definitely not going back there.

From the past few reviews, it seems like only those who don’t like write a review, which is unfair. I love this place compared to other Subways on Kendall drive. Even though it’s far from my home, I prefer to drive here for food. Staff is amazing.. My personal favorite subway, Thank you folks!!

The recent newly hired employees are very young and very naive therefore the customer service is not professional what-so-ever, quite the opposite in fact. It seemed as if a manager or supervisor was not present at all to guide the employees properly and professionally. My husband told me his tuna tasted almost crust like texture and my 6inch sandwhich was very disorganized and was served to me half open.
The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because the employees were respectful however, this is my last time going to this location.

So I’ve been here a few times now and here are my two cents
It is very obvious that there is a severe lack of management in this location.
The times I’ve gone they’re almost always out of product (bread, meat etc). On my last visit they only had burnt Italian herbs and cheese bread and only two other selections.
The staff are basically a bunch of kids that have little to no training for the role. The last time I went they had rap music with lots of cussing playing over the speakers. Not a good impression for people who walk in there with children.
My biggest concern however is the freshness of the vegetables. On every visit I’ve noticed the lettuce looks like it’s 3 days old. The tomatoes look dried out and the peppers also look stale. I really think they are just putting out the same produce everyday without discarding old produce. Major health violation.
Overall this place really needs to clean up it’s act and have a strong managerial presence. Till then I highly advice anyone to eat here

Well to start off, this wasn’t the first time I’ve been to this location. It was the second and the last time I go to this location. I only started going there because the one I would go to previously closed recently. The first time I went I didn’t pay attention to any details because I ordered to go. But this time I went with my friends and we decided to eat there. First things first, they didn’t have the whole selection of breads. We only had the choice between Italian and wheat. We also noticed that they’re selection of meat and cheeses were almost empty. I can say the same thing about the veggies. Empty. Watery. And noticeably old. They also didn’t have guacamole which is a personal favorite of mine. I ordered a chop salad with tuna. The fountain soda machine was out of order. No ice. No carbonation. And very warm. Well I had my meal and none of us were satisfied. The tuna had a terrible taste and it was very hard. When I finished, I got up to was my hands and when I get in the bathroom it smelled like someone recently used it (number 2). So I covered my nose and the I noticed that who ever was there last didn’t flush and I knew it wasn’t recent. After we finish and picked we went to throw the food away and the only trash was overflowing with trash and the was the straw that broke the camels back. I was officially disgusted and noxious and left immediately and vowed never to returned. Guys don’t come here. And if you do please report them or mention it to the obviously absent manager. Just so you guys know this wasn’t at night it was at 3pm. There were 4 workers and very inexperienced.
