I love this Shipley’s Donuts location! It’s easily accessible and very convenient. The staff is always patient, especially when my six-year-old places his own order, and they provide excellent customer service. I often take my son here for breakfast when we’re running behind and I don’t have time to cook at home. The staff even remembers his order without me saying a word! The lobby is always clean, and the drink refrigerator is fully stocked and well organized.

Donuts are amazing my daughter absolutely love them! She doesn’t wanna go anywhere else except for the specialty on at holes. We come here almost every morning & they are always nothing but the sweetest to my little girl & always puts a smile on her face. I would say best doughnuts and customer service I’ve had at any doughnut shop I’ve been to!

The three times I’ve visited this location I’ve been disappointed. Sat morning at 0845 on Dec 6th….NO SAUSAGE AND CHEESE KOLACHES!? It’s always something here…ALWAYS out of something. The staff is “ok”, but far from being the friendliest.

This is the worst Shipleys. No sausage and cheese kolaches at 9:45 am. Offered ham and cheese or plain sausage. Donuts are always thrown in the bag upside down without any wax paper to prevent the icing from sticking to the paper bag.

Don’t use the drive thru if it’s raining…. so I won’t blame the staff for it but who has a drive thru that isn’t covered, not a big deal when it’s dry but definitely annoying when it’s raining and then the person makes you wait for 5 minutes to order, so I do blame them for that. My 2nd issue is what is up with these tiny donuts and were they running low on glaze? Considering a dozen donuts is $13 now, yes I absolutely expect them to look better than these…

First time ever going to Shipley Do-Nuts in MT Belvieu. It was horrible. They gave me a hard chocolate donut and hard donut holes. They could have at least warmed them up some. I won’t be going back. Thumbs down to poor service.

This location is always out of food. Today was a different experience… tossed the donut in the bag, upside down. No wax paper. They never give napkins either. The kolaches aren’t as good as other locations for some reason.
