I enjoyed the atmosphere here. I did not like the young lady coming to our table stating”we need to buy something “. This is how you lose future customers. You the owner manager need to speak to your employees. They need to learn customer service to all future and older customers. I was really upset with her. Just the worst customer service. I ask for a simple drink and I am met with so much attitude. I use to like coming here and they made my drink perfect every single time. Now I get gaslit into thinking I don’t know what my drink is suppose to look like. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely amazing!!! This team gives their hearts and soul in every cup of coffee they make. You can feel the happy, fun, customer service vibe when you walk in. Myhlei the store manager is PHENOMENAL. You can tell she loves her team and customers. I was in for just a quick second and she was on the floor smiling everytime and holding her team accountable. She doesn’t mess around (don’t forget to write on the cups;). Also her team is amazing. Shout out to Alia, she smiled the whole time and gave radiant vibes. Can’t forget the AMAZING TEAM MATES: Grace, Chris, Alexis and Mason (last day). I was only in there for 8 mins tops and left feeling apart of the family. This is the store to be at! Thank you

This place is great, but I’m not sure what happened after the remodel, I feel like they replaced the espresso machines because every coffee I’ve ordered since has tasted extremely burnt and bitter. I’m only writing this review in hopes that this will be resolved because the place overall is great just the coffee/espresso recently has not been as good as it used to be.

Im transit driver for Pierce County. I am at Starbucks 5-6x per week to get my spinach & egg white wrap & caramel coffee . All the Pierce County Starbucks know me. However, I went into a Starbucks on Mountain hwy e, in Spanaway WA to use the restroom (coffee makes me pee ). I was told I had to buy something. I said I do every morning, and asked if they wanna see my drink i recently purchased. They said yes, I went got my half full drink from my pierce transit work van. When I waved it while doing the pee-dance, Myhlei Grub-the manager said “you have to buy something in order to use our bathroom- but I could sell you the cheapest thing on the menu”. I was shocked, and felt betrayed. I asked who’s the manager, and she said she was and happily handed me her business card. The other employees had a look on their face that said- what the hell!?! I vowed to never shop Starbucks again, and now im stuck with all these reusable cups (about 30 of them). I called head quarters, and was told I would get a call back, but never did. So, yeah- I broke up with Starbucks

I stopped by in a hurry and really needed to use the restroom before ordering, but the staff wouldn’t allow it until I purchased something. I understand policies are policies, but a little empathy goes a long way – especially when someone is clearly in discomfort. It left a disappointing impression, and I hope they handle such situations more considerately in the future.

Terrible customer service, lady was proudly talking crap about my boyfriend and i when we asked for a seasonal drink which we had not known it was a seasonal drink until they told us. after we pulled up to the window she was making fun of us to her coworkers, saying “it’s not even fall, it’s a seasonal drink” thinking we could not hear. it’s not hard working the job you signed up for, and helping the customers you are serving instead of looking at them like they’re dumb.

While the customer service is always amazing, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies in the drink making. Possibly related to poor training techniques. Mochas should always come with whip. However, probably 6 times out of 10, my standard white mocha does not have whip. I change my milk type to whole and this seems to make the baristas here assume I don’t want whip. They won’t ask and don’t put whip on. Or worse, when they ask me and I confirm I want whip, they still forget. Whole milk is not a skinny milk, it’s not less fat than the standard 2%. Also, iced espresso does not come with water. That’s an americano. I’ve been dealing with this for years now at this location so it was time I had to say something.
