Decided to give them one more try after waiting 45 minutes a couple of weeks ago for our food and still had another 15 minute or longer wait while being on our lunch. The employee did not seem to care. They do not care about customer service nor have customer service qualities.
Today the music was very loud. I know it’s a bar and grill, but that was so loud that the waitress didn’t even get my AutoCorrect and gave me a fried chicken sandwich instead of a grilled chicken sandwich.. Did not apologize did not offer to remake my order. They Made us feel as if we were not welcomed. So happens that the manager was standing behind the bar the whole time same person that was rude before. We asked if they can turn the music down just a little all we got was a smirk. The TVs were loud. The person in charge does not seem to have managerial qualities. This was a terrible second time experience, which is a shame because it would’ve been the perfect place for lunch.

The wings are so DELICIOUS. First time coming here and the waitresses were very kind and attentive, the music is always playing and nice, and the food is absolutely amazing. There was nothing that we tried that was less than delicious. They also have a bar with drink specials always happening. Its a little on the small side for a restaurant, but its so homey and inviting. The cleanliness could be better, but the food and service is where it’s at for sure.

Try this place out! I work in the neighborhood for D.R. Horton a large home builder and this place is great! They have great drinks, good food, and plenty of tables and TVs if you want to catch a game. Family friendly neighborhood and environment as well. I had the Cheddar Bacon Burger with house fries and I’m stuffed! Well prepared and food was hot! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Went with an elder client, he had the poblano soup and a grilled cheese sandwich, said it was the best he’d had i years. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with fries. It was very well I’m just not a fan of spicy fries. I had ordered a Pepsi but was given a dr. Pepper that ruined the taste of my burger. We shared a slice of ore ice cream cake which was excellent.

I went for lunch, I had the Texas jalapeño steak. It was like a Philly cheesesteak, but had jalapeños in it. The meat was cooked great and the jalapeños added a nice heat to it. I also got a side of the fried pickles, for $8.00 I got about half of what I expected. They were good pickles just not enough for the price. My wife got the shrimp basket, the shrimp was small, and it was butterflied. There was so much batter on the small shrimp you couldn’t even taste the shrimp. I would definitely go back for the sandwiches and I look forward to going back and trying the hamburgers and the wings. The server we had did a pretty good job and it’s a nice little place out in London.

First time here and my family and I LOVED it. The price for the portion of every meal is well worth it.
Ordered chips & salsa, and onion rings for appetizers (not pictured) – you could tell they were fresh, hot and crispy.
Also had the bowl of poblano soup – DEFINITELY recommend it! Super creamy and just the right amount of spice.
Also pictured: Popper Burger – never had a burger like this before and I’d definitely go back for it! Jalapeños, bacon, lettuce, and cream cheese made for a savory burger (opted out of tomatoes). Sunrise Burger – my fiancé loved the sauce and noted it was just the right amount of spicy. Egg could’ve been more runny but it was delicious!
Service and staff were all incredibly nice and friendly. Love that it’s so close to home and the prices are affordable for the location and portions. Will be back soon!

I ordered a bacon, lettuce ,tomato, and avacado sandwich. With a side of tater tots. The service was good , once she came to our table ( she was busy with bar drinks) we were the only table that needed to order food when we got there around 1. The sandwich was hot , but , as much as I like butter , there was waaaaaay too much on bread. The bacon was cooked well, and there was a good amount of it fresh lettuce and tomato , but I should not have bothered ordering the avacado one , just a few tiny chunks on entire sandwich , I would have rather had a bigger thin slice , so I could have tasted it more , not just in a few bites!! The tater tots were hot and looked crisp and done well , but they were not. They were cooked all the way , just not very crisp and frankly a bit greasy , as was the problem last time with the French fries. I am beginning to think that unless I want a drink , this place is a pass for lunch,because it sounds good and looks good , does not mean taste good, especially for the prices.

London Bar & Grill is my new go-to spot. The drinks are top notch and the chicken wings are absolutely fantastic, especially if you ask for them extra crispy.
A special shout out to Ari V for her incredible service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed. Ari’s energy and professionalism really elevated the whole experience.

The food here was good. Everything was pretty typical (in terms of how restaurants operate). The real entree was my server Jada.
I came in hungry for a meal and left with much more than a full stomach. She brought my food with a wink. I figured she was just trying to get a good tip. That was until she casually gave me a kiss on the cheek.
I thought this was great service, having a good meal and a cute girl serving me. Things began to seem strange when she followed me home.
I explained to her that the service was great and the food was good but we should probably only see each other at the bar. Despite this, she now is best friends with my dog and has met my parents. I came in for a cheeseburger and left with a relationship.
I would absolutely dine here again but yall should ask for a different server. 🙂
