I met some friends for food and drinks. Hi Brow Pub serves great food and everyone loves a good drink. On this occasion we shared a chicken burrito, sweet potato fries, southwest style egg rolls, homemade potato chips, and fried pickles. I have to honest, I was not sure about the pickles. Wow! They are amazing! Everyone agrees that the food is always fresh and delicious. We have yet to order anything that isn’t top notch. The staff are friendly and hustle to get your food out while it’s hot and they keep the drinks flowing. They even check on removing empty glasses and dishes to give you maximum tabletop space. The service staff are always happy to help with anything we ask of them. I recommend Hi Brow Pub.

Taylor is the best bartender… the food is top notch for a bar/pub. This is my favorite spot for the upland area. From the customers, to the cooks, all are very nice, and respectful and the best kind of people. I look forward to coming here

If you love to listen to live music, this is a great place.
We came to listen to Soulshine and were amazed at the atmosphere. There is even a pool table.
The food was great. We ordered the BLT, wings, drunken tater tots ,fried pickles, and potato skins. The quality was good for pub food.

If you are #3 in a bar line, 7:45pm on a Saturday, no band playing yet, no large crowd, and can’t get a beer in 20 mins should the place really be called a pub? Pathetic service. The guy in front of me physically had to wave down the bartender right after he had just served someone….didn’t work for me… Did ownership recently change? There appeared to be no servers and only 1-2 people behind the bar….on a Saturday night….

I loved everything about this little local neighborhood pub. I entered and immediately went and sat at the bar. Bartender greeted me very happily and friendly, and the service was absolutely impeccable. All the people in the bar were very friendly and chatty, and it felt very comfortable. The fish and chips were outstanding and they serve Pomona Queen Amber Ale. One of my favorites. I will definitely return very soon, even though I do not live in this area, but I’m in this area fairly often. Can’t wait to return. Just a fun little place.

The “HI BROW Pub” is the “City of Upland’s” version of the TV show “Cheers.” We were immediately welcomed with open arms. It was kind of strange at first. Once we warmed up to the surroundings/ people the “walls of security ” were lowered. “Taylor the bartender” literally guided us through the menu and cocktail suggestions. A real comforting feeling. Better than dealing with a “shrink ” or the “clergy.” The food selection is a wide array of bar food that you cannot go wrong. Especially, “Taco Thursday.” I know it sounds strange. Dive in and take the blinders off. Great atmosphere, staff, food and drinks. We will definitely come back and forget about the traditional corporate food options. I can’t give this establishment enough credit. Definitely we will be making a return visit.

This pub is evolved to a somewhat low class and noisy outfit. They have a loud but cheap 9 by 12 inch speaker set up which along w screaming and yelling few makes it nearly impossible to finish a drink and get the hell out of there. The food is of poorest quality and oily but the price is right up there w a decent restaurant. We just got back home from being tortured there and wanted to call there and yell at them but decided an honest review was the best. The bill for a couple of hambugers and couple of beers was pretty steep. I will never go back and strongly advise you to stay away.

Great local bar. Bartender was nice and fast. Any bar that hangs a rifle is good to go in my eyes.
