This is supposed to be an order of lemon pepper wings but instead this is what I got. Plain wings. They only sprinkled a little seasoning on my wings and this is not the first time. I order from here pretty often and I always have to ask for extra seasoning or come back for them to season the wings properly. This place needs better management over the food and service. Whenever there is a mistake on their part , they never know what to do. If there is ever an issue in other places something is always offered for inconvenience. Example: I’ve waited almost am hour for an order that I called in an hour prior to arriving. When I went to pick up I still had to wait another 45 min to receive. Not even a sorry was offered. It took me a few encounters with this place to write this review. This point I’ve just had and wanted to warn others.

Went here the first time two weeks ago, waited 45 minutes because they forgot to make our order. When we took our order home it was completely wrong. We addressed the issue when we went back the second time. They gave us 50% off which was great… but when we got home to open the bag the second time the order was completely wrong again… also one order of fries was not even close to filled.. not ok

Bad customer service, staff gets my order wrong, refuses to give me a refund, and argues with me. Requested to speak to a manager and the staff member continued to argue with me and berate me instead of trying to rectify the situation. Do your job right the first time and there wont be any issues. Do right by the customer. Would leave zero stars if possible
