I was recommended this pizza spot from a colleague. I walked in, and the cashier was taking an order, so I had to wait about 2 minutes or 3 minutes max for me to place my order. I was tempted to ask for my free drink since no one came to back her up and take my order. Luckily, I’ve worked many customer service jobs that I’ve become patient in situations like these. She did acknowledge me and was friendly as she took my order. I ordered a 6 slice small pizza and the price was GREAT. I like the options on sizes and a variety of items to order. The spot is clean and even the restroom. All these things are important for a customer to experience. As soon as I opened my pizza box, I smiled because the small little plastic round table in the middle of the pizza reminded me of my childhood. Oh, they forgot to give me my ranch sauce I paid for, and I realized too later after, so I didn’t bring it up. Overall, the pizza was so warm and fresh. I could tell the workers in the prep table were all doing a good job focusing on their tasks. I will most likely be back and bring my nephew with me next time. Thank you for the good pizza and having your pizzeria clean!

Great service. Good pizza. Clean seating area. Clean kitchen. The pizza is in the top 10% of equivalent carry outs. Better Lil Ceasars Domino’s and equal to Papa John’s if not better. Great tasting sauce and ingredients. My only complaint would be the crust was a bit thinner than what I’m used to. The big plus is the price. GREAT PRICES!! BIG MENU!!! They have Calzones salads and got sandwiches. I’m going back because it’s a great place. I’m going to order calzones and sandwiches. Then I’ll update this review. Pizza Factor is my new pizza place. I think I can over look the thin crust because they taste dang good.

First off thanks to Yesenia at the front, she was all by herself and it was busy and she still got me my food in a timley manner. She is the reason I will be coming back again. Now I Ordered a lunch special which came with a individual sized pizza (4 slices), a small salad, and a small drink. All for 12 bucks which isn’t too bad of a price. The pizza was nice and crispy and wasn’t super greasy. I do reccomend coming if your around but hope it’s not super busy since the building is a bit smaller

Great pizza horrible delivery service!! My son ordered pizza for himself and our family! We love the pizza but once again we didn’t receive our complete order! They have either forgotten the 1liter soda or bread sticks in the past. Gave pizza factory 1 more shot yesterday. Order 3 pizzas and only received 2. Called and we received rude customer service saying they gave the driver 3. Now we are out of a pizza we already paid in full for! This was the last time we will ever order from pizza factory!!
