I had the Yankee roll and a salmon skin roll with cucumber (although I ordered it with avocado) and an avocado salad . Everything I had tasted good and fresh and price was decent. I really appreciate getting a discount after I pointed the waiter that the made my roll wrong. I was not expecting it so I though it was kind of him.

First, I’m an idiot. I thought for some reason this was a vegetarian sushi spot because they had Avocado in their name. Obviously not the case – now that my shame is out of the way – I had some very good meticulously crafted sushi here!

I ordered Vegan Gyoza soup with dumplings, edamame with salt and avocado sushi (hand roll)for takeout, it was amazing. Previously I had their mango avocado roll for dine-in. Best vegan Japanese restaurant in Hoboken. Edamame is 10/10, perfectly cooked.

Wow! I think I just discovered my new go to sushi spot in Hoboken. I’ve been struggling to find a good casual sushi place in Hoboken/Newport and I am so thankful this place opened up! Saw that it opened a few days ago and decided to check it out. Indoor seating is limited so not great for large groups of more than 4.
Sushi itself is very fresh and reasonably priced. I’m definitely going to come back whenever I’m craving sushi/need a quick bite.
