I go in tonight to get my kids some sandwiches, the girl was by herself so I guess she was overwhelmed, and so she took her anger out on me. She got mad because she was trying to take meat off of my 12 inch and put it on my 6-in and I told her I will pay for extra meat , (even though she skimped me on my meat) and that pissed her off cuz she didn’t feel like doing it ,.. I guess she felt like I was being too picky about food I’m paying for and I have to eat . she started yelling at me telling me I should know how much , and I’m like lady I’m not about to argue with you about no sandwich, I know a 14 Dolla sandwich gets more meat than what she had on there. so she then threw my sandwiches away and denied me service..
I understand she was overwhelmed so I came back later after everybody else left the store and she had her boss on the phone I talked to him , he said that she will make it over.. soon he got off the phone she said I have an online order I have to make this sandwich first.. I said I already left and I came back and you still trying to tell me to wait for other people that came after me. she still insisted she had to make the online order first, I said okay and left it alone.. Soon she was about to remake my sandwichs she’s going to say “oh we don’t have enough steak if you want two sandwiches again”.. I said you knew that before you told me to wait for the online sandwich that you had to make, I also said you would have had the steak if you wouldn’t have threw it away earlier.. I proceeded to leave and say okay I see you want to play with me tonight. when I was leaving she thought it was funny and gave me the thumbs up..

This all that is left I smashed my food so fast lol when I tell you it was SOOOOO GOOD I mean that! I only order this location on grub hub when I’m at work and you guys are the best location around hands down! The food was perfectly made exactly as I would have wanted if I had came in person and hovered as you made it for me. I usually am disappointed when I get certain things because the ratios of sauce to meat to veggie is off but you guys nailed it perfectly and my lunch was really enjoyable for once. I appreciate you guys! Keep up the good work!

It said they were open, we placed a DoorDash order and they weren’t open. So we had to deal with trying to get a refund. They also didn’t have a voicemail option set up to figure this out. If you’re not OPEN then put updated hours out saying so. Google says you’re open as well!

This location closed early 10 minutes before closing time plus. And they stated that they close early because they had to mop the floors. But just as I pulled up they turn the light off and still would not take my order.

One of the best subways in the area as far as Ypsilanti goes. My kids love this place and for 20 bucks you got a good amount of food or 30 bucks to get a really good amount of food. Southwest friendly into the point and got your sub made quickly. They also have both Pepsi and Coke products one in a fountain and one in the bottles but it’s still they have both as unusual for any fast food place so I’m just glad that they have both products.

I love going to this subway, I come here often and the workers recognized me. The people who work there are amazing. This subway being in a plaza causes some unwanted traffic from individuals that subway cannot control. I was happily eating my sub when a man kept harassing me through the window and would not leave. The workers went outside and got the man to leave and proceeded to make sure I got to my car safe. I broke down in the subway because all I wanted to do was eat on my break. They comforted me and asked if I needed anything. Being a 22 year old woman student with no family near me this made me feel very protected. They told me this was a safe place for me to come if I ever feel danger in the area. I am emotional writing this due to their modest character. This is community!!! This definitely has brought me closer with their staff, as if they didn’t already know my order they have now see me in a scary place! They mentioned how business has been down due to the people outside of their business, please go inside and tell them because they cannot do anything till costumers say something. They will be happy to do something about it with the complaints. Thank you subway!!!

Ordered while walking to this Subway from a conference at Eastern and while I didn’t expect my food to be made yet, they instead kept helping walk up even after I arrived.
When I finally got my food, they definitely skimped on my meat and cheese.
Pop cooler hadn’t been stocked yet as I doubt they went through their entire Pepsi stock (had more in back, refilled it after serving me and I let them know it was empty).
No napkins in the bag either.
