Accidentally got the wrong sub delivered tonight. It was pretty close to my order except it had turkey and no cheese. I don’t eat turkey & I gotta have my cheese so I called them. They fixed it immediately and delivered another. Friendly, freaky fast service. Thank you!

I literally ALWAYS order a Beach Club and they’ve never failed me here. The entire experience is freaky fast, I’m in and out in 2 minutes unless there’s a line
I’ve tried other subs and sub shops, but nothing hits like the garlic avocado/ mayo combo. One-two punch and I’m down for the count.

Small but excellent. Everything was clean! The staff here was so nice walking me through downloading the app and waiting for me before ringing my order. I also heard them offer the same to the next customer. Super friendly. Food was fresh and yummy. And wow they truly were “Freaking Fast!”

We order JJ’s for lunch and it is great every time. Food always tastes fresh, substitutions are never missed, the staff are all friendly and alert and helpful when I walk in, and the place is always clean. Way to go JJ’s on Barstow!! 6 of 5 *’s!

I called for delivery the guy who answered stated it would be an hour wait as they were backed up with short staff. I figured I’ll wait, no big deal I can understand being short staffed. An hour and a half later I called back to see how much longer. As I was leaving work in 40 mins.. The same guy answered and said your up next. We are waiting for our delivery guy to get back. I can cancel the order if you like! Are you kidding me? After I had already waited an hour and a half u want to offer to cancel my order. After you told me I’m up next! Great food, horrible customer service! It took 2 hours to get a sandwich from when I called to when they delivered. I would have left the driver a tip but he didn’t even bring it to me dropped it at the front desk and said don’t worry about a tip cause it took so long.

Not impressed. The “Dude” taking my order basically grunted at me. I ordered the meal (which I had to ask about). They handed me my super tiny sandwich, as I stood there waiting for the rest of the meal a gal finally told me to get the drink and chips up front. Meal was $8.43 plus I left a tip, not sure why, so $9. This meal should have been about $2.25-2.50. for $12 I can go to Culver’s and get a double fresh burger with onions rings and a drink and be treated professionally. If you’re going to overcharge on this stuff, at least have friendly staff A buh-bye.

The phone is always answered promptly by a very friendly person. I have always received the correct food which has been very good. I can’t believe how fast they deliver. It feels like I have just hung up the phone and knock knock food is here.
