We drove almost 2 hours just to try this place, and we couldn’t be happier! Absolutely delicious!!
Great menu options, portions are a good size, prices are moderate, very clean establishment & staff was super friendly.
I would 100% make the trip again!
Plenty of parking on and around square. We visited right after lunch rush, so no huge wait time.
Highly recommended.

Our waitress took our order then disappeared for a bit with a baby so when our food was done 2 other gals brought food to the table next to us and ours was part of it and by the time they got it straightened out they had taken our food back to the kitchen then back to us and by then our food was cold. When we ordered we asked for extra butter but had to ask again. My omelet didn’t have cheese and his food didn’t have gravy which he had asked for extra of. Not impressed. Oh yeah and one of the waitresses must’ve been waiting on her husband and kids behind us, laughing and talking to them, telling them she loves them and 5 minutes later I told my husband she’s going to leave sick, I can tell just by the look on her face lol I dealt with this for 20 years in management and yep sure enough she left sick just before us also I ordered the hot turkey sandwich and the waitress said we were too early so I ordered an omelet only to see the table over from us was just served a hot beef

Found a great restaurant in Centerville Iowa. Small town charm 5 Star food. Spoke with the owner and everything is home made. The Greek Skillet is on par, if not better than, with large city restaurants. Friendly service and just realized they’ve been open for only 1 year. They work together as if they have been open for years! They are open for breakfast and lunch. Just had a taste of the lemon cake. Tasty and light! Perfect with a cup of coffee.

A very good experience being here. Seated very quickly, waitress was prompt and friendly. Once we ordered it came quickly and was delicious! Definitely recommend going here!!

A small town cafe on the city square of a beautiful community. Food is top shelf. Service is quick and friendly. Enough seating for 60-70 people. Clean. Cozy.

Since I had a great experience with dinner over the weekend I decided to try their breakfast. I ordered the gyro skillet with a pancake instead of toast. Portion size was good, tasty and came with tzatziki sauce on the side. Sautéed onions and tomatoes over a bed of potatoes, topped with feta cheese and gyro (YEE–row) meat. YUM!!
