Im usually happy with their food; except for today. I always order delivery from there and today I decided to try the “melts”. I ordered the “pepperoni lover’s ” melt and it was a giant disappointment. Not much pepperoni and it was on what I’m assuming was a thin crust small pizza that was simply folded over. I’m not swearing off Pizza Hut; but I’ll definitely NOT order any of their “melts” again.

This place is obviously a busy pizza Joint. I came in to order the Big NY that I seen advertised. They Guy that took my order was named Drew. He was top notch. Very customer oriented. I’m sure he’s the manager though. It was a great experience. As soon as I walked in I could smell that pizza Hut pizza that I remember. I’m nostalgic like that. Very clean place, the Pizza was as advertised!!! Cooked perfectly. I will make my next order with extra cheese and I’m sure to return again especially this summer while going to the lake.

Everything is great about this place but my only thing is how when I order “pick up”. Meaning I have to drive all the way over there, pick it up, take it home, they are asking for a tip. I order online and I still get handed a paper asking for a tip. I am so sick and tired of it. I dont even get asked to tip at starbucks?!
Like for delivery, that makes sense to tip. Im the one picking it up and taking it home. I dont want to be accosted every time for a tip. I am seriously just going to switch pizza shops. Or buy my own at a store. Cheaper and I dont get side eyed for not leaving a tip. I was my own delivery driver for gods sake! Not worth the hassle anymore. This has happened too many times for no reason. I even ordered online to avoid all this.

They were so busy on Halloween evening, but the employees were working with haste. It took a long time to get my pizza, but we were all in the same boat that night. I appreciated the calm attitude of the staff and fellow customers. No one was overly upset. Cody… I hope you have all your gifts of the Holy Spirit back.

I ordered in app and scheduled for 9pm I arrived early because I got off work early. They were happy to start my order and did so with a friendly attitude. Obviously the pizza was hot and great despite being out of tomato for it, lol.

Ordered delivery online and was confirmed for 6:30 pm. Pizza arrived 1 hour past scheduled delivery time and was cold, soggy, and lacked cheese and flavor. I wish I bought some frozen pizzas from Publix next door. It would have been a better dining experience.

I walked in and was welcomed by Drew! I haven’t been to a pizza hut in along time….the military bases i was often stationed at only had dominoes (ate it til I hate it ) he got my flavors all down and enjoyed everything was SUPREME!!!!!!!! Always coming back here!

Shut down the drive thru window if you aren’t going to have some type of notification device letting your employees know that someone is at the drive thru. I generally don’t use the drive thru because let’s face it…if I’m eating pizza a little exercise wouldn’t hurt. Last night 01/23/2026 I ordered from this location and due to some health issues, used the drive thru….or at least tried to use it. After sitting there for 5 minutes and no one coming to the window, because there’s no notification device, I parked and walked inside.

We got a pizza three breadsticks and a pasta for $40 and some change and the pizza was too greesy and needed a little bit more sauce and so were the breadsticks…. it was pizza but it wasn’t $40 worth maybe $40 worth of Grease but what am I going to do with grease..
