That is some mighty fine lo mein, chicken to be precise. Honestly, straight up hits all the necessary flavor profiles at a good price for a phat quantity in the old school Chinese container. This might really be all you need to know. The egg roll, while actually an egg roll ( ), is good but not quite exceptional. That being said, them having house mustard really ups’ the ante. Showed up to pick up my food, needed 20more minutes, on top of the 45 mins from the order time. Then the female owner proceeded to yell and scream at me about asking her if I could just get delivery or refund because I had people already at my house waiting for me. Continued to yell at me about how her husband isn’t there and what do I expect, I asked why she was yelling at me and she told me she was yelling at her husband who wasn’t even there , I went to my car to wait and she came up to my window. Very strange interaction as a customer. Won’t be coming here again.

UPDATE: LOVE the owners. They are very friendly and always welcoming. The food quality has gone down recently for some reason however. The sauce is wayyy too sweet. I have tried to keep ordering but the last time was like eating dessert. I usually get the same dish so I can’t speak on the other dishes. Their LO MEIN is usually BANGING but last time lacked ANY flavor. I couldn’t eat the food. It seems like a hit or miss. I think you come here and try for yourself.

I grew up eating from here and have always loved it, still the best I’ve had. Since moving away I have not found a place that could match it, whenever I’m in town I will pick up some takeout to bring home a half hour away since nothing else compares in the town I currently reside. Wish I still lived closer so I could enjoy it more like I used to. The only complaint I could think of is I wish my usual order is spicier, but that’s just nitpicking. Still a great meal no matter what

I placed an email order with 9 different items snd when I got to our family’s house with the food the General Tsos combination platter was missing. I called and the women was giving me a hard time. She asked me to tell me everything I ordered and I gave her my order # and explained I just picked up and not going to rin through my order – I simply didn’t receive the item. I was frustrated and explained I would not order again & write a review and hung up. Only then they called back and wanted me to come and pick up the missing order. I didn’t go because I was already inconvenienced and they should have issued a refund. The food was salty and rice was mushy. Terrible place – I should have listened to my sister who told me to order from a different place.
