All I got was a couple of simple spicy chicken sandwiches… These sandwiches are rather small, with a thin slice of breaded chicken between the buns and garnished with a little sauce and pickle slices. Honestly, it was very underwhelming (I guess I’m spoiled by their competitor that uses cows to encourage sales.) Here, the bread was first put on an overheated griddle which gave it a slightly burned taste, and the pickles dominated as much as the chicken for flavor. Still, the price was low, as they had a promotion of two sandwiches for $4.
I probably should have ordered some traditional fried chicken, as I’m sure I would have enjoyed that more, as I did in the past.
Had I rated them only for the sandwiches, I would have awarded only 3 stars. But, looking at the bigger picture, they deserve more than that. Oh yes, I did get the fried apple pie, and that was very good.
The building was well maintained and clean as far as I could see. The staff was friendly and helpful. I may stop in again for traditional chicken, but I’ll take the advice from the placard-holding, Holstein bovines next time I want a chicken sandwich.

My chicken was great. Alwsys warm and crispy. We ordered bombers and the blueberry pies that were delicious but the serive was horrible. I dont get it. If you work customer service please have a smile on your face. Please.

Work experience in this place. Their Drive Thru mic doesn’t work, upon arriving to the window. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I doubted that the food was going to be the same as the attitude I was given. I asked for Mac n Cheese as a side, turns out they don’t have any. Employee decided to just give the news about 10-15 min wait with such a poor tone. I’m honestly never coming back here again

Delicious Hot Food & Professional Employees on a Texas Friday Night. The young lady at the drive through window and the manager on duty were very polite and friendly. They helped me customize a 10 piece family meal of all chicken breasts. The kitchen area we could see from the drive through window appeared very nice and clean. We’re looking forward to going back again soon.

As I was placing my order she rudely cut me off and asked what do I want before I even had a chance to finish my sentence. Very rude. We ordered 3 Fiesta chicken boxes and one tender box to go. When we arrived at our destination we discovered we received 4 Fiesta boxes without jalapeños and no tender box. I attempted to call them but no one answered. After work we stopped by and explained the situation and requested a refund, which was almost $3, the principle of things and honesty. However, the worker chose to give me a small cup of jalapeños and a large tender box. While I was waiting she was talking to her coworker in Spanish, I guess thinking I didn’t understand what she was saying about me. The food was good, I was more than compensated for the missing food but I didn’t appreciate what the worker was saying in Spanish.

The chicken here is always piping hot. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. The thing that stands out for me is the attitude of the staff in this location, very positive and proactive.
