I’ve been visiting this plaza for almost three years and never thought to enter this place until today. I initially wanted bubble tea and remembered that I saw a flyer of theirs advertising such.
I went in with $10 cash with intention purchase one but left with two, paying with my card as they came it a little over $14.
I got the crème brûlée milk tea with extra boba and peach tea with mango popping boba which the staff recommended to me.
The ordering process, paying and receiving the teas were all within 5 minutes.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was quiet and inviting.
I am not a fan of raw meat but if I do become one I’ll try this place first.
Until then, this is my new bubble tea spot.
Both drinks were delicious and the ice to drink ratio was perfect.

I just recently stopped eating meat and was looking for vegetarian options and decided to get a poke bowl with vegetarian chicken it was absolutely delicious. I never would’ve guessed that it wasn’t real chicken. Thank you so much. I will be back.

This place is insanely good! I love poke but something I find at a lot of places is they are stingy with toppings and things like that. Extra protein is different but a lot of times I go to a poke place and get one scoop of edamame or 1 “scoop” of cucumber and it’s like 4 pieces and you have to beg for more and they don’t add a lot more at all. This place, 13 toppings allowed and only some with an extra charge which is awesome. And if you don’t want a lot of different toppings you can add multiples of what you like to get more of what you prefer. I ordered pickup for the first time yesterday and the bowl was HEAVY and fulll of toppings, not too much rice and a healthy heavy portion of everything I asked for. I loved it so much I was craving it all day, so I ordered again this time with Uber because I’m sick and couldn’t pickup. The quality was the same the next day even with uber. Very consistent, healthy portions, and insane quality. I got spicy tuna and spicy salmon and sometimes around this time of year fish is not the best quality, but it’s not fishy at all and there’s a lot of it! The price is pretty on par with other popular poke places and for the quality and portions this place is amazing and significantly better. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

There food is fresh and you see your food being made right in front of you. They have a vegetarian chicken that is absolutely delicious. Plus their portion size is huge, very filling. Definitely give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Don’t forget to get a mojito, my favorite, is the strawberry one and before you get all excited they are non- alcoholic.

Not only are the prices very reasonable, the portions are also fantastic. The bowls are huge. For reference, I ordered a make it yourself burrito, and a salmon bowl (pictured below). I inhaled the burrito before I could take a picture, and it was delicious. I wasn’t expecting it to be seaweed wrapped instead of a regular wrap, but I’m happy it was. Keep that in mind if you order on an app. The wraps are seaweed. Still, it was delicious, filling, and healthy. I could only get maybe a quarter through the bowl before I was too full to continue. And again, it was delicious.
If you’re health conscious, and looking for quick meals without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this place. I’m upset it has taken me this long to try it out.

What a great addition to Waterbury! This is exactly what we needed in this area.
I love the many different options of Boba tea they have, I’ll definitely be there often to get more.
The Poke bowls are delicious and you get a lot of food for the money! I love they have an option with cooked chicken as well, in case you’re not a fan of raw seafood.
Everything is so fresh and tasty, and every bowl has the most vibrant colors.
Don’t forget dessert! They serve Big Dipper ice cream

We were so excited when we heard that Natural Kitchen was opening in Waterbury because we haven’t had a good place in the area to grab a poke bowl or boba tea! We first discovered Natural Kitchen at their first location in Milford, and we’re always impressed by how fresh their bowls are. Their boba is awesome too, and they even have locally sourced ice cream from Big Dipper in bubble cones. Customize your own bowl, or pick from their list of signatures bowls with seafood, chicken, and vegan options. The staff is friendly and makes every effort to prepare everything quickly. Clean, bright, and inviting space. We’ll be regulars here!
