Horrible food, horrible employees, horrible atmosphere.
I ordered a simple TOASTED sandwich with 6 DOUBLE chocolate cookies, only to be given a lackluster and less-than-average quality sub and the completely wrong cookies.
Sandwich was full of lettuce even though I said “less”, a regular amount of black olives even though I said “more”, 5 pickles even though I said “regular”, and not even really toasted. The “toasted” was more like a 1 setting on the toaster for bread! Making only the very edge slightly crispy with barely any color change at all!
All 6 of the cookies given were chocolate chip instead of DOUBLE chocolate, also.
And don’t get me started on the customer service! Made me wait 10+ minutes before even attempting to talk to me even though they looked my direction multiple times, both employees were talking to each other before even trying to acknowledge my presence, and when one of them did, I kindly said “I’m here for an online order, 3 sandwiches and 6 cookies, but I don’t see it on the “online orders” rack even though it was said to be ready over 20 minutes ago”, the uninterested young lady said, “Ouhhhh…” then reached behind the counter and pulled out my food handing it to me, to which I said “Thank you, have a good day”, she didn’t even bother saying anything back, not even a simple ‘You too’!
The floor was also a mess with wrappers and lots of crumbs all over the place, I couldn’t tell if it was supposed to be a diner subway or a literal subway station!
I highly recommend NOT coming here and if their manager sees this, to at least decently reprimand the terrible employees.

The last three times I have ordered from this location they have not had the Italian herb and cheese. It seems the only bread option they ever have is white or wheat. The last time I placed an order through the app, they gave me the wrong size sub. I should’ve checked before I left the store. I ordered a 12” but only received a 6”. I double checked my receipt just in case. It did say 12”. I called the store but no one answered so I left a voicemail. I still have not received a call back. I Also sent an email through the website and haven’t received a reply yet. It’s very disappointing.

Absolutely fed up with this Subway in Whitehall. Management and staff are horrible.
Lazy, slow, and always out of bread options. Italian herbs and cheese bread is always out. The staff is to lazy to make bread and prep for the day.
I finally had it after today’s visit. Both employees were horrible and took forever when it was completely empty. One employee was a total airhead and couldn’t listen, and the other employee was lazy and snotty. The first employee walked away half way through making my sub to go talk to a friend and my sub just sat there for 3 minutes. Finally the other employee picked up where the other left off.
After being a regular subway customer for 17 years, the employee said he can’t make the sub the same way it’s always been done. He said “I don’t know how much sauce I’m allowed to put on because we are now supposed to do the sauce first, then the veggies.” All because I asked to have my veggies on first and then the sauce like it’s always been done. I’m sorry, but who the heck cares. Why even change the process when they can’t make the sub right in the first place. Not to mention my toasted sub was cold as could be.
Any other subway I go to, I never have an issue, but this one here in Whitehall is always out of bread options, never can make the subs right, and the staff is lazy and don’t care about anything.
I remember when the exact same sub I always get was $5 for a foot long. I never would have an issue, but now in today’s age, the exact same sub is triple the price and they can never get it right. I expect to have my food served to me exactly how I want with the options the store is supposed to provide and have ready on hand.
Overall, I’ll gladly travel 20 minutes to another subway in another town to make sure my sub is made correctly. I’ve given up with how pathetic this Whitehall Subway is and it only keeps getting worse.

Lettuce? Where’s MY Veggies? My god if I just wanted meat I would have just ordered just meat. I drove back in after getting home after I handed my kids and my wife sandwiches to them and saw my sandwiches and noticed that there was very little product that I requested for my order. I understand portion size and nutrition but I am not going to stand there and have the Manager tell me that the amount of veggies they put on was in fact not enough, then go on and tell me that this is reg amount is and if I wanted more to request more. Yea that will work if they actually read the tickets that state extra. They have never put more when I have requested. She could have said yes let me add some more on there for you. No not once. She wanted to talk about her son and being Diabetic and Nutrition. The last 4-5 years have been just terrible. They have lost 4 customers. Never going back. Sad cause there’s really nothing else except KT and the Thai place in town. This has been an ongoing issue. Arcadia location is not any better. For the amount we have to pay this is just crazy. Corporate it is. I hope they can shed some light on why this Manager thinks this is okay and hope they can explain what a sandwich is suppose to look like. Before Covid Great! After Covid Crap! Run cause your just wasting your money!

Music was loud and had to repeatedly ask “Pardon?” loudly, employee asked confusing questions (“What kind?” instead of “What size?” or “what length?”), one of the employees was SPIT TALKING ONTO the OPEN sandwich, she also scratched her open mouth and something was flaking off near the sandwich, and I was asked ” What did you get?” then I replied with “a turkey and ham sandwich” then she asked “what meat did you get?” and I replied with the same answer to which she then looked back down and continued tapping on her register. Awkward and uncomfortable customer service, with terrible hygiene, and honestly far too overpriced food. 2/10 stars to be completely honest.

Got a online order. Came when time said, there was only 2 customers eating and still waited 15 minutes to make 2 subs and 2 protein bowls. Need a little bit more sense of urgency. Very slow paced.
