I really hope he won’t be mad at if I didn’t get his name right? But I want him to know that he is the best. He greeted me with nothing but kindness and made my day after a very rough day. Not only that, he is the best with every customer that walked in. After me, he truly feels like family. You guys come show this location. Love a person like that.

I ordered a personal chicken garlic pizza from this location, I order my pizza THE EXACT SAME WAY all the time extra red onions and extra green onions, and I have NEVER had my pizza look like this. The onions are always cooked with the pizza not piled on top like this, after it’s baked. Also chicken garlic pizza is with white sauce and I red. Trying to get a refund or spread to someone that was willing to help was non existent. Will not order from this location again!!!!

On 10/31/25 I ordered online 2 XL pizzas, 1 large pizza, 1 medium pizza, 12 wings & 6 twists which should include 4 ranch dressings. 90 mins later I received my order which was missing an entire pizza and here was no ranch dressing. They didn’t include any packets of crushed red peppers. When I called the Door dash driver he said he delivered all he was given. Called Round Table and was told they were too busy to cook and bring the pizza unless I wanted to wait at least 2 hours. It then took 10 mins and every ounce of patience and restraint I possessed to give the person my credit card information for a refund for the one pizza not delivered. No offer of anything

Had the best experience with this Round Table ever! (Sorry for long review)
My in-laws always order their pizza for pickup here and never had a problem in the past so we decided to see if we could host our baby’s first birthday here.
Today we held our baby’s first birthday party here at their location and it went beyond perfect. It was our first, first birthday to prepare and host and the management here made it super easy and they were so flexible. They do not have a private room but when we visited in person months ago they showed us the back space and said we could reserve it for our party of approx 15 which was perfect for us. Just gave them our name and number, we followed up with them a couple weeks prior to confirm and everything was still reserved and good to go. They did not need our orders until day of, or if we wanted we could have put it in ahead of time but we decided to put the order in when we arrived for the party.
Today came around, my husband and I come in an hour early to setup everything. When we came in the manager (I think his name is Rugeet, I’m so sorry if this is incorrect or misspelled!) immediately recognized us and nicely signaled for us to go ahead to the reserved area (there was a line of customers ahead of us). He did not mind what decorations we brought, we had called ahead a few weeks ago to make sure and he was fine with balloons etc. (they were so flexible!) we just made sure to not bring anything that required nails etc. It took us a bit to get things set up and during that time the manager asked us a couple times if we needed help! So nice of him, we said no we’re ok but thank you so much (because we didn’t want to take him away from other matters he may have had). It was so nice he had asked regardless.
We put in the food order once decorating was done, they had it out in 20 min or less! We put in an order for 3 large pizzas and 3 12 piece chicken wing appetizers. They were so fast and it was perfect because guests started to show up! So they were served with warm yummy food!
Management and the team did not interfere or anything during this event. They allowed us to enjoy our wonderful afternoon. We were there for about 2 hours in total, once the party ended we cleaned up after ourselves and management said not to worry about the table setup etc afterwards and that they will handle it. They just made this experience the easiest as possible and I am forever thankful!
Let me tell you, this team is so professional, kind and made us feel so welcome there, the food was delicious and went out quick, the party planning was so easy and smooth. We just had an overall great experience here, thank you so much Round Table! We had the best time!
Side note: I apologize for my grammar, I’m submitting this while exhausted after having a wonderful and successful event there. They deserve all the credit!

I dropped my son off at this location to celebrate a birthday, giving him money to buy food and drinks for his friends. What should have been a fun, safe experience turned into a nightmare. An older kid came in and attacked my son…on camera. I went in and spoke with staff, expecting them to take it seriously. Not only did they fail to follow up or offer any support, but I’ve since received a video from another child showing staff standing by, doing nothing to stop the attack.
It’s heartbreaking and infuriating that this is where my son wanted to celebrate, believing it was a safe space. The complete lack of action, accountability, or even basic communication from the staff after such a serious incident is unacceptable. Whether they felt it was out of their hands or not, ignoring a parent’s concern and offering no clarity is inexcusable.
People should know what really happens here. This is not a family-friendly place—it’s a location where kids can walk in to fight and no one steps in to stop it. We won’t be back, and I hope other families reconsider before trusting this place with their children.

Our order was taking a bit long so I called. Jesus went above and beyond and remade and personally delivered fresh steamy pizzas. He sincerely apologized. That’s some ritz Carlton level service. Will definitely order from this location again. Give Jesus a raise 😉

Called to get a refund and I said I’ll bring in the nasty chicken wings and burnt pizza they delivered to me and they still said they’d refuse to refund me.
Plus they used door dash to deliver which I find rude, if I wanted cold pizza I would have just used door dash. It would have been easier to get a refund.
They said they’d make me another pizza, but that’s the last thing I want from them. Never gave me my receipt either. I did a mock order on their website and it turns out they did steal money from me. Tried to contact the BBB for this location but they don’t have record of them. I guess I’ll be dealing with my bank.
If I have all the food to return to you I don’t understand why they’d refuse. It’s beyond rude and I won’t ever have a problem not eating there again. Whoever the new owners are, they are disgraceful and need to be better at customer service and making chicken wings/pizza.
