First of all I ordered from firehouse subs Tuesday night in Dallas, Georgia on Jimmy Lee Smith from uber eats,when I got my order it was wrong. The manager had noticed it said no turkey on both subs even though I had ordered turkey to be on the. i, so she took a picture of it and she shared it with her manager ,because she didn’t want any problems later the customer complained. . I called and I simply told her that I did put turkey on it and she said no problem. I went in today. She gave me a sandwich. She offered to give me two but I told her I didn’t need it cause it was just me eating it and I don’t like to waste food. I had ordered two for one special. She was so sweet. Her name is Tiffany. The workers were great too. I got me another sandwich done correctly, even though it was not their fault, it was a glitch in uber eats system, but it’s just most appreciated when you get great customer service,, so I will always come to firehouse subs from now on. Sorry other sandwich places,, but firehouse subs is my number one to go . When you do right by thing by people ,people will do right by you and tell everyone and your business will continue to be booming…❤️❤️❤️

My husband went in today. Ordered pastrami sandwich, no problem, but skimpy on the meat. Ordered the salad that comes with ham and turkey. All of this was to go. Got to the park to eat, he had NO utensils, the next slap in the face was there was NO turkey, ham or any other protein. Lettuce for 10 bucks. We do not plan to return. We will try American Deli next time

I had to come here today to edit my review. I love Firehouse subs but the last couple times have not been good. I wanted just a snack yesterday so I ordered the small club on a sub. It was not good and not made as I asked. I asked for extra onions and it had 2… I asked for vinegar and it had none. I’ve ordered this same way several times and only got it right once. Not sure when or if I’ll go back.
