I came in for the first time on 11/22 and was overall pleased! It appeared that there was only one barista, even though there were 5 cars in the drive-through, so wait times were what was expected (25 minutes for 2 drinks). Skylar was absolutely killing it! As a fellow barista, I can tell when people are giving it their all, and she was. Skylar was a bolt of lightning, running back and forth, making sure everything was correct! (She even took a moment to make sure my dog’s pup cup was decorated!) She is probably one of the only baristas I have seen who continued to use proper measurement tools and cleaning procedures while handling that kind of rush! 10/10, make her a manager and give that girl a raise.

The other day when I visited I was having a really bad day. I had to put my cat down and I came to get a coffee to make myself feel a little better. Evan who was working the drive thru asked if everything was ok I shared with him my news and he gave me my drink free. Its people like this we need more of in the world. I am a former barista of a certain green siren coffee company and am a bit of a coffee snob. At this point in my life, I have a hard time buying coffee at places that aren’t locally owned. With that being said, I am also a healthcare worker and need to have my morning coffee and usually cannot wait very long for it so coffee chains are the way to go on my workdays. I used to go to Dunkin because it was cheap, fast, reliable and on my commute. Now that Dutch Bros is open, and most importantly their Order Ahead on the app is available, I have stopped by Dutch bros nearly every morning since the Order Ahead has been turned on. My coffee is always ready for me, so I never have to wait. It also is consistently delicious and not a gamble like other coffee chains tend to be.

While at this point in time the drive thru line is a bit slow, I do understand that this store is pumping out triple and quadruple the number of orders compared to nearby coffee shops. I will gladly give a bit of grace and do my part to assist by ordering ahead when I know I’m in a hurry! I also deeply appreciate how friendly and efficient the people working are. I do not need to have a ten-minute conversation with someone taking my order, but a friendly hello and a smile at 6:30 in the morning is deeply appreciated. I remember the days of having to get to work at 4:30 AM, they handle it much better than I ever did!

I will gladly be a repeat customer 🙂

Firstly, the drink are great and the staff is mostly friendly. However, the wait time for mobile orders is absurd. I’ve gone to the location about 10 times since it opened and maybe two of those times my drink has been ready when I arrived (well after my pickup time per the app). This morning I placed my mobile order at 6:20a for a 6:28 pickup. I arrived at 6:55a to make sure it would be ready and my order was still not ready at 6:58a. I planned my morning schedule so that I would have enough time, and give the location enough time, to make my order of two drinks. I ended up having to leave without my order because they had just started to make them at 6:58a. This is the second time I’ve experienced this extreme of timeline even with mobile ordering. Extremely disappointed and will not return to the location unless I have an hour to spare. I really want to love it, and do love the drinks, but going out of my way for this location isn’t worth it for the level of service provided.

I agree. I love the place. Finally a different option for something like Starbucks and they got different stuff too which is cool. The service reason for not having five stars was there’s only like one person working there taking orders and the lines are kind of confusing. If they’re not packed full and if they are packed full it takes forever to get your order. This should have had two drive-thru Lanes at the window, kind of like seven Brew or five brew, whatever that place is called. But that being said, I have been back since and will totally go back. Kind of pricey but is what it is

Omgosh, I saw a tiktok about the “best chocolate milk” anywhere and knew i had to try it. I ordered a hot chocolate pne day, delicious! Ordered a chocolate milk a different day, with white chocolate and whipped cream on it…..amazing!! Wish there was one closer to me!

The coffee was absolutely terrific! If you are a fan of strong espresso, this is your place. I got the Jingle Nog latte and it was delicious. Also, the large is a LARGE! My only issue would be the speed of service. We were in the drive thru for atleast 15 minutes, and there was only one barista actually working on drinks and taking orders, while the other we only saw for a second, was working on closing shop. There was a line of atleast 5 cars. Our barista, Skylar, was nice, helpful and moving as fast as she possibly could! I do not know why the other barista was closing instead of helping. If I was in a hurry, I would not come here simply because of the time it took, but again, Skylar was rocking it! ✨️ I will definitely be returning, but please address the time it takes to get a bevie!

I just want to say this is the best coffee shop ever not only are they great at making coffee and have great muffin tops and other things the staff there is excellent especially when my wofe says shes having a terrible day forgets to put the order in through the app and then they give her coffee for free and then write things on the top we will be going here untill we move for sure

I love getting my coffee from here! Ever since they opened there have been some weeks where I have to come multiple times! To the people complaining about extra long wait times, what did you expect from the 2nd Dutch bros to open in Cincinnati? LOL! Be smart and order ahead like I do! They always have my coffee ready on time and it tastes great! And the employees are always extra nice
