Decent overall, but not what it used to be.
Food and prices have definitely been better in the past. We paid $50 for two people — one order had double protein.
The place is very clean, and the staff is polite and courteous. Service was good, maybe even excellent, but nothing above and beyond.
As for the food:
It was over-sauced, over-oiled, and under-seasoned. That said, it was cooked fairly well. Just be mindful of how long it sits — it doesn’t hold up great. Still, it’s better than Panda Express, for what that’s worth.
Drinks were hit or miss.
Lemonade was okay. Soda is soda.
The green tea? I was told it “tastes like dishwater — should’ve just got water.” (To be fair, she doesn’t like sugar or sweet stuff.)
Overall, it’s fair. Not amazing, but they won’t totally disappoint.
Just keep your expectations low — COVID changed everything.

This Bibibop location is in line with other Bibibop restaurants I’ve visited, which is to say the food is tasty and the service is friendly and efficient. I enjoy Bibibop as a healthy fast-casual alternative to restaurants like Chipotle, although I’ve yet to grow tired of my Bibibop meal as I eventually
did with my go-to at Chipotle. This location sometimes gets busy but the wait is never unbearable. I make going to Bibibop a weekly tradition as it allows me to get some fermented foods that I otherwise wouldn’t have in my diet, like kimchi and pickled red onions. Spicy chicken and yum-yum sauce is my go-to and the free miso soup is also good.

Love this place. Staff is always so kind and the food is great. Very reasonably priced for the portion sizes and the quality of food. Lots of different options to try to make your dish unique. Try it out!

3 overall because the food is why we come. The good the kimchi is nice and spicy. The cucumbers were fresh. The bad, the yum yum sauce was missing the yum yum. Very bland and flavorless, I wish this had been a choice on the side versus withered on top. The beans and corn were just that – they didn’t taste seasoned and didn’t have bright flavor on their own. The chicken was a little dry and the noodles were flavorless. I might try a salad next time, with a ginger dressing IF I have a coupon.
They were crowded at 1:04 on cinco de Mayo Sunday. The new place is still clean and the staff were on par with similar establishments.
I will try again when I have a coupon, but I don’t get the hype-for me it was barely a 3 on taste.

I’m a food service professional. I took the temperature of my bowl with a digital thermometer and it was not nearly up to food holding standards. Hot held food should be at 140°F or higher for no longer than four hours. My bowl temped much lower that the afformentioned health department standard. Flavor, options and service was great. Just turn up the temperature on the hot holding food wells.

I have been to the Westerville Bibibop (inside & drive-thru) several times. The employees are efficient & friendly 90-95% of the time. The food tastes great!
