Usually don’t leave reviews …. But I’m just honestly so upset. I drove 20 mins on my lunch break to the nearest waba grill for an order I’ve gotten so many times. Just never from this store. I asked for a simple grilled shrimp bowl with boom boom sauce. I got a bowl with raw shrimp? Steamed at best! And it’s my fault for not checking my food before I left, but again I drove 20 minutes and I was in a rush to get back to my office to eat my lunch.. but ugh I’m just so disappointed… I was really looking forward to my food, but again it’s my fault for not checking.. pictures below of what I ordered, and the description of the order saying grilled. They were definitely raw/steamed shrimp with a small bit of boom boom sauce on them… it doesn’t even cover the full, bowl.. I’m just so upset

and she didn’t wanna complain but I sure
don’t mind letting the public know not to go
here!!! If your careless to cut up the avocados
and place this on the Dish, I CAN JUST

Love this WaBa. It’s the one closest to my house and it’s usually not crowded as the other I usually go to. The staff is really polite as well and it always looks super clean which is obviously very important for a restaurant.

Edited- 9 months after the below review, I thought I would give them another shot. NOPE! WORST WABA EVER. Ordered the dumplings and they were actually stale. Part of them was unchewable. This location should be closed, it is just horrible.
Original review – I love Waba but will NEVER use this location again. They didn’t even have any packets or little containers of extra Waba sauce. And the chicken was badly burnt. Find a different Waba.

Employees were pretty cool, apologized for not having WABA SAUCE! How the heck does WABA Grill run out of WABA sauce tho?! I was just happy she told me before I ordered.. thanks for letting me make a decision based off that! It’s appreciated! The food was great with boom boom instead! 😉

I ordered a side salad and they didn’t think to send salad dressing with the side salad. When I called to complain, the attitude was ” What do you want me to do about it? It’s not like anyone can bring you salad dressing right now.” I asked to have the price of the salad refunded then, as the salad is useless without dressing. “I can’t do that”. They messed up the order and offered no solutions. Bad service. The salmon on my salmon plate was cooked to death. Very disappointing meal.

I am very upset, I always order steak bowls and lately the quality of meat is very poor. And very minimum. The plate is not fully served as other bowls I have received from other places. When I asked the person working he said it is due to them being short on meat due to being a slow location. Ridiculous!
