If I could give this Subway zero stars that would be too much – seriously the absolute worst location of them all. Rude employees who act like you’re bothering them by ordering from them. The place isn’t clean looking either, probably have multiple violations. Take your money elsewhere coz these people clearly don’t want it.

I have ordered my meal through the app several times. Each time i ask for “more” of certain items. They never provide more. Today they provided less (i got 4 pieces of banana peppers!!!), i did not receive any oil, vinegar or Parmesan vinaigrette. These items were requested and notes were added. They completely ignore any special requests and make whatever they want!!!
It’s very upsetting. Using the app gets you a cheaper sandwich. But should i be expecting less of what i want just for this convinience, i should not!!!

The food was amazing but the woman who served me was extremely rude, yusilda or something, I’m sorry, I couldn’t hear her very well. But yeah she kept shaking her head at me as if what she was saying was obvious and I was stupid, and then when I told her I’m deaf she got annoyed and shook her head. I also asked her if she spoke Spanish near the end and she literally said that it was obvious. The whole time was an unpleasant experience.

The location is a bit hidden while on old cutler road. It’s small, the staff were kind, friendly, bilingual, and helpful. The inside was very clean, stocked with drink, and chip varieties.

I usually frequent a chain coffee shop down the street, where I often order coffee and a cup of tap water. No issues, always appreciated. But today I stopped by this Subway, and for the first time, I was refused a simple cup of water. Instead, I was told I could only buy bottled water that’s been sitting who knows where. Not exactly ideal if you’re trying to make a healthier choice or avoid unnecessary plastic.
What made it worse was the manager’s explanation that they no longer offer water because “kids kept asking for it.” That felt like a punch in the gut as a paying customer. Since when did offering water become an inconvenience?
I was raised to believe you never refuse someone a glass of water, not even your enemies. It’s basic human decency. This experience reminded me why I don’t usually come to Subway, and now I’ll make it a point to stay away. Purposefully.

None of the employees speak English. Had a simple order, Tuna on wheat extra Tuna. Looked like less than a standard order. The Bread was so hard it was inedible. Another customer said I’m glad you said something. She got up and left her sandwich on the table.

I had an issue with a canceled order with gift card and went into the store to resolve it. First time I went in the employee, I spoke to was incredibly condescending and could not explain anything to me, Saying that I have to speak to his manager. The second time I went in the employee I spoke to was Extremely courteous and understanding of my issue, Explained to me why he could not Do anything, And Even called the store owner to double check if you could do anything for me (an example of good customer service.) However, then, when I speak to the Owner on the phone, she’s very clearly butt hurt that I left a negative review because my order was canceled. She proceeded to tell me that she was not going to argue with me, However then continued to argue with me. It’s clear that the owner does not have any clue on how to provide customer service For frustrated customers, And funnily enough, the young employee, who probably gets paid minimum wage, Did a better job than her.

The order is always ready on time. Manny is very helpful and pleasant. The owner takes the time to receive feedback.
