placed an order at 6 PM and didn’t receive it until 7:30 PM through DoorDash. When the food finally arrived, the pizza was cold and two sauces were missing one that I paid extra for and one that normally comes with the cheese sticks.
I normally don’t complain, but paying extra for something I never received is frustrating. My boyfriend called to request a refund for the missing sauce and the tip, since the Papa Tracker showed our order should have been ready at 6:30.
He asked to speak with a manager, and that’s where everything went downhill. She insisted she personally put the sauces in the box, then blamed the delivery driver. When we raised concerns about the box possibly being opened, she said she couldn’t speak for the driver, but she knew she put the sauces in. At that point, we had no idea if our food had been compromised.
She said the only thing she could do was a partial refund, but if the food might’ve been tampered with, we weren’t going to eat it. My boyfriend went up to the store, and when he arrived they refused to remake the order or issue a refund and wouldn’t even give their names, though the manager’s name sounded like Candace. She even threw out “You don’t have ranch at home?” which is wild because the point isn’t whether we own ranch the point is we paid for it and expected it.
We order from this Papa John’s multiple times a month and have never had an issue until now. The unprofessionalism tonight was completely uncalled for.

I’ve been really disappointed with this location lately. In just the past two days, I placed two separate pizza orders yesterday and both were canceled. Today, I placed another order and still haven’t received any updates or a delivery driver. I’ve always considered Papa John’s my go-to for great pizza, and this location used to be reliable, but the service has been slipping badly. I really hope things improve, because right now it’s making me not want to order here anymore.

This is what my wife brought home the day before Thanksgiving! Looks like a half eaten pepper! And we asked for the pizzas to be fully cooked which obviously they are not! Papa’s gotta do better for us to come back!

The same great piping hot freshness without the toppings. I am sorry but regular toppings means we should at least be able to SEE the toppings and tell what type of pizza we ordered. I didn’t appreciate the lack of toppings for the price, when Dominos offers more toppings for less. This is unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this location. See if you can play a rousing game of Where’s the toppings and What’s that pizza with the photos provided.

Generally, I experience great customer service from this location. Yesterday, I encountered an awful experience with a rude manager, by the name of Candice. This was my first time ever dealing with her. My pizza was over cooked with air bubbles and lack of cheese. I called to request another pizza and to have it delivered and Candice said in a rude tone, I’ll have to call you back about that and hung up. I called back to request a refund after that horrible experience and to request Corporate’s information and she stated they don’t have a Corporate because they are a franchise. Let’s see if I get a refund in a few days. Stay away on the nights Candice is there!!!

We ordered a half pepperoni half sausage pizza for delivery on 11/02/2021. We don’t live very far from this location. It said it would take 32 mins but ended up taking 1.5 hours! We called multiple times in between and got no clear answer on our order and got hung up on twice! We also were missing our two extra garlics that we paid for! It was delivered by a doordash driver even though we ordered directly through Papa John’s and he didn’t check. Lastly, our pizza was cold and cut up terribly!!! I just don’t understand how someone can care so little about other people’s money to do this……Heavily disappointing.

Not only did this store give my first order to the wrong person, but when I contacted them about the issue, they told me it wasn’t their issue. After trying to place another order, my order was cancelled by the store. I tried this twice more to see if the same thing would happen, and sure enough, more cancelled orders. When I tried contacting the store about the issue, they put me on hold immediately and refused to answer the phone. This happened around 10:30 pm prior to them being closed, and they seemed to close their store early. Would not recommend ordering from this location, and I hope the management knows that their store is robbing customers of their money by falsely stating their order went to someone else.

Received one of the saddest looking pizzas I’ve ever ordered from here September 2, after I had to wait 80 min to get the thing. Plus had to use my own pizza cutter to cut fully into the pizza, perhaps due to a dull blade they used? Oh and if you want for them to make it right, gotta call within 30 min of order and not have eaten more than two slices… Ok sure, I’ll just wait another 80 min for a pizza. Really disappointed.
