This Blackstone Subway is owned by a wonderful husband and wife team. Most times I go there, one or both will be working side by side with their employees. They greet you when you walk in. The service is personal. Their employees are as awesome as they are. The restaurant is very clean. Easy wheel chair access to the front door and the restrooms. If you are tired of greasy burgers, overflowing trash cans and feeling like you are just a number… I highly recommend the Blackstone Subway. They offer the old fashion personal service that is missing in so many fast food restaurants.

There have been major improvements to this Subway over the past few years. The staff are friendly and professional, it is clean, and no longer has the weird smell it had a few years ago. The freshness of the ingredients has improved greatly. The new management has done a wonderful job turning this store around!

The best Subway I’ve ever been to. The employees are all great and I’ve never had a problem with the food quality. Sandwiches come out looking like well made sandwiches and not hot or cold slop like some of the other locations I’ve seen. I’ve been here probably a hundred times without exaggeration and I’ve never once had a problem and they’ve never been out of Dr Pepper either
The manager also went the extra step and came over and reminded my friend that he bought a bag of chip as well and offered to go get him for him (my friend was on crutches at the moment).

Terrible employee’s, they lock the door an hour before closing time which is 9. It says it on the door clear as day. Arrived a little after 8 and saw 2 employee’s; one guy wearing his headphones behind the counter not paying any attention to anything going on, the other employee was a girl just sitting at one of the tables with her hand on her face and her face in her phone. Neither of them bothered to even come to the door. They are lazy and inconsiderate. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone! Those two employee’s deserve to be fired. That is no way to treat customers that are coming there to actually purchase food. We ended up having to drive all the way back down 460 to go to the subway at the Mapco gas station. Which is open 24 hours luckily. It’s more worth it to make the trip there than to waste time thinking these employee’s are going to do their job. Must be nice to get paid to do NOTHING.

This has got to be the worse SUBWAY Sandwich Shop on the Eastern Seaboard. The manager told (at least he said he was the manager) one of the employees not to put any more black olives on the sandwich that I ordered. I’m like where’s the sign that says you only get x number of tomatoes or black olives. Then he came behind the counter without washing his hands. This place is a food poisoning waiting to hit you in the gut. I told the manager to eat the sandwich. He said he do not eat meat! “Good Luck eating at this garbage can!” Wouldn’t even give it 1 star but got to do it to complete the post.

there is a very nice young lady who works there, i didnt catch her name but she was wearing a yellow mask today. i’ve always had a great experience with her! i think she’s fairly new but she’s super sweet and y’all better give her a raise!

Went in with a coupon for 2 footlongs after getting coupons mailed to my address in the same town. The rude girl said they do not take coupons after she made the subs. Nowhere did it say they do not take coupons. I only got one sub and she got angry and slammed the other sub into the trash can instead of giving it to me. Will not be back to this location.

The food has really gone down in quality over the past ten years. The meats are less of a quality and the bread has gone down in quality immensely. Subway used to be the place to go, however that is no longer the case. There are better options locally. Two stars because the staff was nice.
