Sitting here eating my Italian hoagie when it came to me that I should write this review. I’ve been coming to this Wawa for like 30 years and even though Wawa as a whole has declined, this location still cares about the food it produces. I literally go out of my way to come here because their food is better than any other wawas in the area. Hope they never get a gas station because it’s really the only Wawa in the area where the hoagies are still pretty good and not just mediocre.

absolutely horrible. lady took the bag RIGHT out of my hand when the card i was using wasn’t working. didn’t wait to even see if i had cash or another card. Completely rude at her grown age. paid for my stuff a different way and left. shouldn’t work if you don’t have the patience to wait. and there was NO line it was completely unnecessary to grab it out of my hand and take the stuff out of the bag. thank you.

The employees that work here are really hard working and professional, they all treat customers like family, friendly, helpful, I walk everywhere and they always make sure they double bag if it’s heavy or glass, it’s close to home, convenient, prices could come down a bit lol but absolutely love going into this Wawa, majority of the employees know customers by name, its a very friendly environment, be polite to the employees please! Absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for a Wawa with excellent food and customer service this is the one to go to!!

Dawn at the register tonight was great. She is always very pleasant and has great customer service. She asked if I was part of the rewards program, which nobody else ever asked, and signed me up and explained how it works. The guy who was making the food is always there and he is awesome as well. There was another lady who made the drinks and she was very nice as well. Great experience tonight.

We ordered online for pickup. When we arrived at the store the lady stocking the snacks greeted us which was nice. My husband went to get the food while I used the restroom. Cleanest bathroom I’ve seen in my travels recently. Overall great experience, highly recommended if you’re on a long drive. This wawa was an awesome rest stop!

i stopped by at wawa next to my route, i was trying to understand how to order a grilled chicken sandwich by doing a special order properly a lady was assisting me to and told me that you can do a special order, because i do not like bun or wraps, I went and pay for my sandwich all of a sudden “what did i told you last time ”? I stopped to think about it then Jason yelled at me “What did i told you last time that you will not get grilled chicken sandwich on a roll?” again I was still thinking then he told me immediately after the second time. I tried to explain. Out of no where he started yelling at me again“What did i told you last time that you will not get grilled chicken sandwich on a roll i am giving you the refund you are not getting the sandwich” for no reason whatsoever like I was his child. All I could do smile cause I couldn’t believe it myself that I was being talked down to like this, He started yelling at me saying “Iyou are not getting the sandwich” I felt very embarrassed, isolated, and degraded that I was getting yelled at in front of everyone for no reason. That’s why I would like to file action against Jason.
