Today was my first time at Chai Moto and I was blown away! Not only by my drink (matcha with white chocolate and almond milk) but was so delighted by the customer service! I felt like I had been a regular, they were very welcoming and explained the menu to me. The atmosphere is just perfect. It’s calming and beautiful! I could probably sit there all day, I can see it being a great place to meet friends, go solo, do work, or anything! I will be going back for sure!! Also, they made my drink so beautifully! Thank you for making my day!
Edit: I’ve been here multiple times now and it is absolutely wonderful each time. It’s such a wonderful place and it’s very calming. The drinks are made carefully and come out the BEST!!! And the girls working are always so sweet. I recommend this place to all!

This visit a friend and I stayed almost 2hrs and Loved the atmosphere and the chai! So yummy! I also had a Latte and my friend had a ginger tea and it hit the spot! Will be visiting again soon!

Wonderful space and people. Awesome Dirty Pumpkin Chai! Their pour over coffee was like a delicious French Press. Others had a Vanilla Matcha Latte and Chai! Highly recommend!

The chai was absolutely delicious and even the dessert was nice crust on the outside and warm soft texture on the inside. All in all very vibe place to study work or socialize! Surprisingly good atmosphere for the location it’s in. I’m into coffee but don’t know tea very well and the staff was very helpful in explaining the tea. The tea was really good. This place provides an experience that is distinct from the fairly saturated coffee market of the area. It’s worth trying. I think it carves out it’s own space within the market in the area.

My child and I were met with rude attitude when bringing up a drink that had hair in the cup that clearly wasn’t my child’s hair. It’s not a big deal and happens once in awhile but to be rude about it and do nothing to remedy situation is unacceptable. The drink that I had was honestly not worth the price either. There are plenty of good options around the area and we won’t be returning here.

The tea is so good that I’m leaving this review while still sitting in here enjoying it. This is my first time at Chai Moto and I’m very impressed with the quality of the tea and the service. I chose the Queen of Africa tea blend and it is so well thought out and everything in it works together to deliver an incredible cup of tea. Great calm, relaxing atmosphere. I’ll be back often.
