Our first time in and let me tell you how dilious these sandwiches are super fresh warm bread the best turkey I’ve ever had and super kind customer service and very clean restaurant and it helps our firemen and women and first responders which I love I seriously can’t wait to go back and try more and definitely get one to go home with there that yummy and I live in Crescent City ca where we don’t have yummy sandwiches like these

The staff here are very polite and helpful, addressing any issues or concerns I had. They even delivered an impressive meal, as shown . Having worked here myself during the COVID pandemic, speed of service could be somewhat improved, but I’m delighted to see that the staff have maintained a great attitude and service overall.

1st time there, won’t be back. I ordered a small Smoke house brisket, husband ordered a large Firehouse to go. Drove over 30 minutes to home and the small was barely 3.5 inches, not even a third of the large. I measured it 3.5 inches, and no cheese. The meat was miniscule. It also took over 20 minutes to get our sandwiches despite 7 people behind the counter. Restaurant not busy at all, seeing the reviews after, I now understand. The staff could be heard and the lady in charge was trying to get the others to learn how maybe to be efficient and had to inform them the one they were working on didnt need to be prepared for 30 minutes And yet we waited. I called 4 times to speak to someone and they dont answer the phone. I promise they are not busy, just lousy at time, prep, and food.

I got a French dip on door dash I didn’t come with au jus so I went in the next day because I still wanted one they didn’t have the meat for them. ok understandable. the manager said I would have a free one next time I come in awesome. I went in today about 2 weeks later and they refused saying the manager wasn’t there and there was no record, annoying but understandable but I still bought one 30 minutes later still waiting keep in mind a random Thursday at 6pm I asked how much longer the guy said no idea finally a hour later I get my sandwich. I’m walking out the door look in the bag and no au jus dip very difficult for me to get my sandwich. they make good food but disappointing

If you’re like most people you probably don’t think that gormet and sandwich belong in the same sentence. And, I agree with three exceptions: a chain I’ll put in another review, Firehouse Subs, and the third I’m still searching for. The service is just above average for the fast food industry, and the decor is average focused on take-out with inside seating. The drink machines don’t always work, and it’s a hassle to use the restroom, but the subs here are simply delicious.

Really bad experience at this particular franchise in Medford. I ordered a sub on line; chose a time to pick it up. I arrived on time and was told by a staff member that no order had come through. I showed her my receipt and she said I would have to show her the receipt that was sent to my email. I did that and she then walked into the back; back out 5 minutes later and didn’t acknowledge me at all. After sitting for 15 minutes a “manager” came out and informed me that there was nothing she could do about my order. While I was waiting, I had checked my online banking and sure enough, there was the charge for Firehouse subs. I explained that to the Manager, even showed it to her, and still no sandwich. No apology for THEIR obvious error, from her, or staff members. Horrible customer service; too bad our wonderful firefighters name is associated with this eatery.

Ordered meal for me and my boys at 338pm. At 405ish they came out and informed me they where out of my meat for the sandwhich. So I went with something else and finally got told at 410 the toaster is busted and they had to manually push the food through. Then the had a sign saying no fountain drinks available blaming UPS… but still had to pay full price for other drinks. They gave a half apology for my wait and offered cookies in return… they had nothing. Very disappointed especially with that sandwiche size.

Don’t go on Mondays. They’re out of everything. I did an online order at 755 pm. It said it would be ready at 825. I came in at 820 and there were people placing an order at the counter. The people placing the order 25 minutes after me got their food first. Then they notified me that the soda machine was not working so I got to choose from a depleted soda cooler. Then they were out of the bread I ordered. Finally got my food at 835. This is pretty typical as far as I’ve experienced.
