I’m giving this place a one star and it’s really sad that I have to do this, but I really don’t care because the service that I had is unacceptable and shows that people don’t take their job seriously I’m really disappointed with my order. I should have looked over the reviews before I placed, but I placed through the mobile app so they just randomly gave me a location. This Willow Street location is very bad. Do not order from here if you look through the reviews all they have is bad reviews about how they don’t do there job correctly

Clerk tried to rip me off. Lunch specials are $5.99 till 4. Look at receipt. I asked for my receipt because I knew she couldn’t count. When confronted she said I did nothing wrong. Well if you can’t count in your head, you deserve to get ripped off. Manager fixed the issue. He has always been a very nice man. She was trying to get combative with him, till he sent her to fix the food. After he corrected my order he apologized and had to make a delivery. I asked for a bag, so I could get my soda’s. She threw the bag on the table. Fine and dandy all you needed to say I’m sorry I made a mistake. I would of said we all make mistakes and left it at that. But your attitude and getting caught trying to steal, how many people have you done this to? ASK for your receipt before you get your food so you can see if your getting ripped off. One wise person not getting taken advantage of today. Hahaha Yamara was the clerk being rude.

Poorly made sandwiches! My wife and I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Both sandwiches were seriously lacking meat. Will not order from here again. See the photos!

I called for delivery to the new facility out in willow street. Not only were they rude on the phone in person too. My pizza was completely burnt. I ordered a philly cheese steak pizza with American cheese. When I got it I said are they kidding me. I call them I asked to speak to the manager a gentleman gets on the phone I asked him why would they send a burnt pizza he doesnt put me hold he automatically puts a female on the phone. It was the lady named jessica who prepared the food. I asked why would you prepare something like this. She said this is what you ordered I said where in my order does it say burn the pizza and burn the cheese and where is the meat? You says it’s all there. I said I’m driving out there. I drive all the way from Lancaster to willow street. When I get there I said may I speak to the manager I spoke to on the phone a gentleman with tattoos says that was me. I said as a manager on shift why would you allow a pizza to leave your store looking like this. He got smart and says you need to leave I said whattt?? Ge kept saying because off how my anger gets you need to leave . I said because your anger? How do you talk to your customer this way? I speak to the lady jessica who prepared the food she was rude as well and says I need it to calm down. Calm down how can you prepare food to me this way. And then to top it off they out a card with a paperclip on the pizza when it got delivered telling me I’m entitled to a free pizza. I acted like I was waiting for the manager James to see what they would do instead he tells me to get out and again and asking me why would I call his manager. I said you know what I’m going outside to wait for him. He then puts his jacket on comes outside saying ma’am your right I apologize. I said to him you had no business talking to me the way you need. Not once did I get ma’am how can I make it right? You didn’t offer me anything instead I asked for my money. You gave it to me and you told me to get out. Where is the customer satisfaction at? I then said to him I dont wanna talk to you again. He then looks at me up and down and says I stand in what I said you need to leave. Are you kidding me? This kid named Cameron does not need to work with customers it is clear that he has no training on handling customers and yet a business. I left my number hopefully I get a phone call back. And I got pictures to prove it.

Food was good (3 specialty pizzas and garlic bites), never have an issue with them. Me and my coworkers work nightshift so we appreciate that dominos is open late because thee other shifts always hog everything and leave little to nothing for us night shift crew.

The crew was friendly. Their store is well kept. All the tables were clean and ready to use. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have eat in space. I picked up mine, but it’s good to know for future reference.
I asked for my pizzas to be well done. They gladly made sure I got my pies the way I wanted. There were ample toppings, well spaced and evenly distributed. Even my mom loved the pizza I brought home.

I had called several times to place an order ahead. It just kept ringing and ringing. When my mother and I had went inside, I had told the cashier that we tried to call but it just kept ringing and ringing. He just ignored my comment, and asked if we were ready to order. Then I had proceeded to ask pl another employee about the phones, and she said sometimes they mess up. And on top of that the person who made my food did not have gloves on
