I got free water from a person who was really nice and acted like it was no big deal. After that, the shift changed to a medium-height lady whose name I don’t know, but she was wearing a cap and so on. Then I went to the bathroom after a little while; I was there for a few minutes due to stomach pain. When I came back, the lady (the worker) was talking to someone else about how I had been in the bathroom for a while! Like, what the…?! They both looked at me with sarcastic smiles. Then I sat down, and after a few minutes, I asked her so normal, ‘Hey, can I get water with no ice, please? Thank you.’ She gave me a very bad attitude and told me, ‘You know you need to pay for it, right?’ My face was like this: . Okayyy. I mean, there’s no obligation for me to pay 85 cents, but why did she talk to me like I’m a thug? Lol, very bad, awful behavior. It completely changed my view of this Dunkin’ branch. It’s such a cool place to be, but people with that kind of negative energy really ruined my day. L to that lady!

This dunkin used to be good up until a few weeks ago. I order ahead and 4 times out of 5 they never have your drink ready when you come in to pick up. I ordered a single drink item today to see if it made a difference whether I had ordered food with it or not. It didn’t, 10+ minutes for one drink when they’re aren’t a lot of people in store isn’t really a great wait time.

Used to be a great store but not anymore. They haven’t gotten my order right once this week. Today I ordered a signature mocha latte on the app the sticker said signature mocha latte and they made me matcha. Also there is a teenage couple that hangout there all day everyday. They barely ever actually have a dunkin product and they have their devices charging all over the store, talking on speaker phone all the time. Today the guy had his pet RAT with him. I have nothing against pet rats but it’s a bad look having what looks like a homeless couple with their pet rat hanging around all the time.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and they only gave me one and then she didn’t even charge me for 2 and then I asked for whipp cream for my daughter drink and said it twice they messed up my order and caused me to be late for work. I repeated my order so many times they obviously don’t understand English. My coffee was supposed to be French vanilla swirl and it wasn’t even French vanilla.

Poor service, items were out of stock in the store and not updated on the app and was available on app to purchase. They were unapologetic and had no solution to offer. They were very snarky in their response and quick to dismiss me. Poor customer service is a major issue here and it can result In the loss of credibility in a business.

In a rush to catch a flight, ordered a green tea latte and was given an iced coffee. It’s as if they don’t even read the orders and just give you whatever they feel like making. Horrible service, not the first time they’ve gotten orders wrong.

Slowest dunks I’ve ever been too , always one person short and waited 10 mins for an heated up bagel twist with only one small order ahead of me and no line every “cook” moves in slow motion and has absolutely zero skills . Get it together hands down worst dunks around
