Absolutely loved this location, I was down for 2 weeks because of work and they always always always remembered me and exactly what was on my sandwich to a T.(steak and avocado on Italian herb and cheese with spinach, red onion, black olives, cucumber, mayo and sweet onion sauce- highly recommend trying it.) I love when restaurant employees make and maintain and good relationships with their customers!!!

Stopped in because the window cling advertised a footlong meatball sandwich or a footlong pizza sandwich for $5.99 . We ordered one of each . My husband got only mayo on his meatball . My footlong pizza sub only had 9 slices of pepperoni on it , got to the vegetables and was told that they cost extra. She said $5.99 was for meat and cheese only . I said well how much for veggies she said $8.99. I have never in my life been to a Subway that charges for vegetables. I was a RGM at Subway for 10 years. Subway used to have a standard and by the looks of all the complaints at this location, it has totally flew out the window. We said never mind to the order and walked out . It seems to me they lost more money that way than to put lettuce and olives on a sandwich.

This is more of a specific issue rather than a general issue at this location. I poked my head in to see they had the Happy Gilmore cups. I asked the dude behind the counter about it, and he told me that it doesn’t go with any other meal than a regular priced meal. I was about to pay $10 for a special, without the specialty cup, instead of the lunch special for $7. Their promotion states ANY meal/lunch special. The fact that they’re taking advantage of their customers is disgusting. Be careful when buying from this location!

Ordered 2 footlongs and neither were right. Employee basically called me a liar. I had no cheese on my Philly cheese steak. Hardly any meat amd was not warmed. The other one had wrong cheese on it and made with the wrong bread! Basically the worse sandwiches we have ever had from subway and won’t be back!! Ear there often but will not be back!

Their bread is dry and they never give you more sauce or veggies when you ask for it online. You are better off going to the subway near Riverview hospital. I know their son, Sonny. I don’t even think he would eat there.

The older elderly Indian guy is very rude . Barely puts any meat on the sandwich and is charging an arm and leg for it. His attitude when making my food twice now has been downright disgusting. Ordered double meat on one of my subs and didn’t even get a freaking scoop full of meat but wants to argue with me about it. Won’t be back any time soon !!!
