I go to Krystal Bakery regularly for a lot of their baked goods. My sister is having a baby and needed a cake for her gender reveal, so I decided to go here because their cakes look amazing. Turns out our cake was just as AMAZING. They did an excellent job! Followed exactly how I wanted the cake to be based on the picture! They went above and beyond on the cake and we got so many compliments from everyone! Thank you Krystal Bakery for your amazing work!

This is the first time ordering from Krystal’s. Got a cake for my husband’s birthday in which I provided a pic of how the cake should look. On pickup day, to my surprise on entering the bakery, there was a sign saying that debit and credit card was not accepted and that cash is the only form of payment accepted. In this day and age, no one really carries cash, I wish when I ordered and spoke to the bakery they would have mentioned that small detail to me instead of me being inconvenienced having to leave the location to withdraw cash. Upon collecting the cake, it looked nothing like the pic I provided but at that time, it was the day of my husband’s birthday and I needed a cake. The cake did not go with the decor at all and the filling was not what I asked for (asked for chocolate buttercream but got vanilla) atleast it was freshly made and tasted the way it supposed to and that I do appreciate. Some places when you place a cake order, the cake usually taste stale but this was not the case. The design however was a complete failure and was definitely not executed well. I think communication is key, if a design is given and you’re not able to deliver, please advise your customer so they’ll know if they would like to further continue the order. I’m not saying this place is horrible but this is just my opinion. If you’re looking for simple, easy, plain designed cakes, this is definitely your place to go.

They did an amazing job with a custom cake. The cake looked exactly as the picture I provided. Tasted great too, with canoli and strawberry mousse filling. The price was very reasonable.

I’ve been coming for 21 years…this past weekend I came to buy about 120 cookies to make rays for a birthday…I never have to give the quality of whatever I get there….a 2nd thought. They were outstanding, I put out little take home bags & people were stuffing them. Our other favorite there are the cannolis & the cream doughnuts!! Best ever.
