This location is awesome as it is right on 10th street. Quality like any other Jimmy Johns, not much seating so it is more of a take and go place. I love them because they get your order done super fast so you are in and out. Perfect when you have a tight lunch break. Low carb options with the lettuce wrap! When I ordered delivery they didn’t end up delivering because I didn’t answer my phone when they arrived. Apparently they don’t deliver to your door and you have to go get it from them. I thought that was sort of weird…

We ordered online, said would be ready soon. Got to the store and the door was locked. It’s 6:30pm, no one is in the store. Apparently the only employee is out delivering a sandwich. No way to cancel the order.

Added a star because we eventually got an answer on the phone and they cancelled/refunded the order without a problem.

I ordered on DoorDash for the first time, and it was coming up on 10 minutes late. Not a big deal at all, but the app hasn’t changed status so I called to check. I said “hello, I ordered on DoorDash and the app hasn’t changed. It was supposed to be here 10 minutes ago, so I just wanted to check the status.”
The person who answered the phone instantly had an attitude. They said “yeah, we haven’t been getting door dash orders all school year. What’s the address?” He said it in a very aggressive manner, as if I was being a problem. When I gave him the address, he said “it’s already on the way,” again in a manner that sounded annoyed with my stupid question. When I tried to say thank you, the call ended abruptly. No, “you’re welcome,” “no problem,” or anything of the sorts. Just overall very poorly mannered, and unprofessional customer service. Take the guy off the phone and hand him a mop. Doesn’t need to be talking with customers if he can’t dish out the same respect he’s being given.

Ordered a tuna sandwich at 12pm on a Wednesday and still hadn’t received it over an hour later. Called the restaurant at 12:20 to inquire, was told it was out for delivery, “we’re backed up and only have one driver.” Okay, but the app still says it’s being made…. Get a notification at 12:42, “sandwich is out for delivery.” 1:05pm, still no sandwich. Call restaurant again, get same excuse. Offered a refund without receiving sandwich. Took the refund So now I’m both annoyed AND hangry. Terrible combination. If you’re going to take an hour to deliver an $8 sandwich, at least be upfront about it.

I order from here pretty frequently for work, and the other day they forgot my bacon I paid extra for.
And you know when you have one of those days at work and you really want something auditions for lunch to get you through the rest of the day? It was that day. And bacon was the one thing on my sandwich I was overly excited about…..
I called them, and they were great about it. They sent my whole order back out again but this time with bacon AND delivered faster than my original order! I got my bacon! They turned my disappointment into a great experience.
