Really friendly staff and the displays are pretty, but their matcha cost $7 and wasn’t well made. They didn’t whisk the matcha powder, and the drink was so viscous I had to dilute it with water and it still wasn’t drinkable.

Excellent service here. Very good espresso. The cheese cake is worth trying. For a small bakery they have a good selection of treats and baked goods. A nice place to visit if you need some good coffee and shop at Hmart for some fresh organic food.

Submitted an online order for pickup and had until 12:50pm. Store cancelled my order at 12:39 while I was driving from Boston to Burlington to get my order. This was for a birthday treat for someone that lives an hour away and doesn’t have time to get there. I’m still waiting to hear from the company as to why my order was cancelled early without a call as a courtesy.

I know, Because it’s Christmas season, the price of goods is higher than before. I understand that but even if the cake is expensive, it is too expensive.
I bought Rudolph Cake for my teacher’s gift today.
The 6-inch cake was $44. The moment I entered there, I was very surprised to see the price of the cake.
Since the owner of Tous Les Jours changed, the conscience of this store has disappeared.

cloud cake was frozen and tasted old and eggy. was not light and whipped as i expected. the whipped cream and fruit was super frozen.

Watch out for the higher prices of all bakery products. The most important is the taste. This is the first time I stop by and try some of their products. It is a big disappointment. I paid $22.90 for pastries and donuts. They even have a tip on the menu. It’s ridiculous while I ordered and take it out and they tried to ask for a tip.

Their premium $55 cake was terrible. The sponge was so old that it was almost brittle and snapped easily. I believe it had been baked at least five days ago. In the past, it was always very moist and delicious, so despite the high price, I would always get it for special occasions. But this time, I was extremely disappointed. It was nowhere near worth $55—honestly, even a $10 cake would have been better. Just get fresh bread from the bread isle and whipped cream in the freezer instead.

I was so excited when I saw a longer twist bread. Price point its better that the regular size but unfortunaley its too oily. Its like I am eating oil with every bite. I’ll pass on this one next time. Will just buy saboro pastry instead.
