At Bibimbap Asian Fusion Bistro, we strive to create a unique dining experience by blending traditional Asian flavors with modern cuisine. Our journey began with a passion for authentic dishes and has evolved into a fusion of cultures and flavors that we are excited to share with you, dine in or take out

We were in town this weekend for the Drew Lynch show and decided to grab dinner beforehand at BiBimBap Korean & Thai Cuisine—and we’re so glad we did!
First off, the vibe inside is really cool, with fun decor that immediately sets the mood. We kicked things off with the Cream Cheese Puffs, which are basically a crab rangoon’s cozy cousin (minus the crab). Crispy, creamy, and totally addictive.
For our entrees, we ordered the Galbi (Korean Grilled Ribs) and the Bulgogi (Korean Beef), both with fried rice. The galbi was perfectly tender with that irresistible sweet-and-savory flavor, and the bulgogi was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, generously coated in a rich Korean BBQ sauce.
Honestly, everything we tried was fantastic. If you’re looking for a flavorful, comforting meal with a great atmosphere, we’d absolutely recommend checking this place out!

Stopped on my way to Chicago and absolutely loved the bibimbap. It was incredibly flavorful and perfectly mixed with fresh veggies. Easily one of the best spots for authentic Asian food in the Quad Cities area!

Loved our first meal here. Large portions and very good service. Had a really hard time deciding what to order as there was a good variety that all sounded amazing. We had the cream cheese puffs, Asparagus & Shiitake Stir Fry, Kids Sweet and Sour Chicken, and the Pork Belly Korean Bowl. Everything was very good and we look forward to coming back.

Food was great but service was terrible. When I arrived there was only one other table in the restaurant. I still waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come greet me.
We had a reservation for 6 people and they had us seated at a section away from the other tables, which was perfect. Until about 10-15 minutes after everyone arrived when the server came over, scolded us for being loud and told us we needed to be quiet. We weren’t being loud and obnoxious, we were having a conversation at a level you would expect from 6 people at a table. The only thing we had to drink at that time was water, so alcohol was not a factor. There was still only the one other table of people in the restaurant. The server barely came back to the table and was not friendly when she did.
If you’re looking for a place to gather with friends and enjoy a good meal, I would recommend dining somewhere else or getting takeout instead. We were all very disappointed in the experience.

Great first experience! We had egg rolls, Taro & thai milk Boba, tom yum soup, khao soi thai, bibimbap, and the kids had chicken fried rice. The service was so kind and attentive! They had it together, especially for just opening!

“Camry is an incredible host with a warm, inviting smile that makes everyone feel welcome. As she embarks on her exciting journey to Korea to pursue her English teaching career, I truly hope she experiences nothing but success and happiness. The food here is absolutely fantastic—each dish a delightful experience for the senses. The decorations are elegant and sophisticated, creating a beautiful atmosphere. And the Mango Margarita? It’s nothing short of perfection—just for me! A perfect blend of flavors that makes every moment here unforgettable.”

Oh wow! Everybody knows how particular we are about our Korean food and this place is fantastic. We hesitated to leave a review because we don’t want it to be swamped and we not be able to get in lol. Do yourself a favor and check out the BiBimBap, ChapJae, Bulgogi!

If you’re looking for good korean fusion food this is the place to go! From a wide variety of entrees including soups, noodles, meat, and curries they’re all delicious! Whether I’m ordering togo or eating there the food never disappoints, and you get a good sized serving portion so you’ll have leftovers. I personally love the cream cheese puffs and the bulgogi, and can’t forget about the Boba I recommend the brown sugar one:) definitely stop in and give it a try its truly a diamond in the rough for the quad cities.

My wife and I decided to give this restaurant a try tonight. The chicken dumplings were a good starter. Bibimbap was a new dish to us and was excellent. We will be back.
