Consistently fresh and tasty food; Juan makes the best burritos in town. While it can get busy when the tap room is busy, food usually comes out in a reasonable timeframe. Well worth the wait for the freshness and quality.

We had our standard veggie burrito bowls – the variety of fresh grilled veggies is tasty. The bowl incident beans and rice as a base with a lot of hot grilled colorful veggies on top.

We have since movies out of Vancouver, and stopped by again today. And OMG this place is DELICIOUS!!!!!
Please remember this guy makes edible works of art on his own, so be kind and patient with him. You won’t regret it.

SO GOOD! We come here at least once a month because they’re so consistent, tasty, and great service. I order the veggie burrito and the ingredients are always so fresh! My partner usually gets chicken and carnitas tacos and they are so delicious. We’ll order there and have a couple beers at Trap Door so the atmosphere is perfect. Highly recommend!

My husband and I continue to frequent the truck. Its consistent, fresh, and delicious. We especially like the 420 burrito and the kids bean and cheese burrito. Because they are so good we have struggled to switch our order. We believe the prices are fair for the size of the burritos. Unlike other trucks, this one seems to be regularly open with good hours. Its always a favorite for us!
