Went to try the buffet, unfortunately they weren’t doing the Indian buffet.
Stayed and got the mix Grill, and started out with some veggie samosas as well. Samosas were so good, nice and thick and completely filled. Lots of flavor. Mix Grill was fantastic too. Chicken, fish, salmon, shrimp, everything full of flavor. And everything was cooked just right. Chicken was so tender, fish nicely cooked and salmon wasn’t dry. Got a side of rice with the garlic Naan. Very enjoyable meal.

Very relaxing. My wife and I eat here a couple of times a week. Great recipes and the smells in the restaurant are amazing. The service is top shelf and really friendly. The buffet is worth the time to experience. I’ve taken people there that say they don’t like Indian food because they don’t like curry only to say after that they didnt know they liked Indian food so much!

Excellent Indian food. I didn’t know it opens. Somehow I walked into UPS and saw this restaurant as it used to be a breakfast place. I must say this Indian Cafe is way BEYOND, much much better than Curry Mango restaurant. The chef is on point. Their butter chicken is amazing so is curry lamp. And their seasoned rice is super yummy. And I love their veggies too. And besides THE DESSERTS ARE SO GOOD. THE BREAD PUDDING IS BEYOND AMAZING. I am not sure how they made the bread still crunchy in the sweet condensed sauce, and it’s so delicious. Their fresh mango juice is refreshing. Highly recommend.

Tried SITAR Indian American Buffet in Mulberry off of shepherd rd- can i just say WOW!
pretty inside, super nice staff + owner ( Bartow resident !) and the buffet was fanastic!
Near 30+ items, all the classics, a mix of spice levels but im a basic white girl no heat person and I could manage all of the options spice levels ( with some yougert sauce added ha!)
The tops for us were the was the fish tawa ,seafood ravoli, lamb, butter tofu masala homemade mango juice that was included today,Shahi Turdi dessert ( dessert bread fried in Gee and soaked in a soaked in a version of tres leches- and kept it crunchy texture!)

Great food and service. Loved the bacon, scrabbled eggs, and fried potatoes. They have fresh fruit. You must try this place. They are only opened for breakfast and lunch. I’ve only had the breakfast and can’t wait to try the lunch.

We’ve had dinner here a few times and the food has been excellent every visit. The lamb tikka masala and chicken masala are both flavorful and cooked perfectly. The spicy lentil soup was full of depth and the biriyani rice special was phenomenal and highly recommended. The cheese naan is amazingly good and the naan with nuts is a great surprise. The rice pudding is the best I’ve ever had.
We later tried the buffet and loved it. Everything was fresh, well seasoned, and served hot.
We also celebrated my mom’s birthday here last month and the owner Anthony went out of his way to recognize her personally which was such a thoughtful gesture. Our server Tania was phenomenal and so personable that we had to get her in a picture with my mom for her birthday.
If you’re anywhere near Mulberry and want great food with friendly service, Sitar is a must-try.

I recently celebrated my birthday at this brand new gem of a restaurant with my daughter and her friend — and I’m still overwhelmed with joy! The ambiance was already perfect, but when the owner found out (thanks to my daughter) that it was my birthday, the evening turned into something extraordinary.
To my complete surprise, the staff brought out the most amazing cake I’ve ever had — not just delicious, but made and presented with such heart. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel like family, especially on your first visit.
From start to finish, everything — the food, the atmosphere, and especially the thoughtful people — made this a night I’ll never forget. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I’ll be telling everyone about this place and can’t wait to come back!

Went couple times an hour before closing now. The food has always been great. My husband and I love it so much I have been dinning here multiple times. Out favorite is their home style chillys curry. If you like some light pastry not too sweet, their kashmiri naan is so good. I know it is a naan but I really like to eat it as a dessert. Soooooo good!!
Service can be slow sometimes, but I think they might be made to order. All the food comes out hot and fresh. Love them a lot. I really want this restaurant to survive. Probably one of the best indian food I had in this area.
Also some vegan vegetarian options. That is not often found in this area. We are not vegetarian but that is how I get my kids and husband to eat veggies

The food was absolutely incredible. Many places you order north indian food and its ever so slightly off somehow. The spices are slightly wrong. But here it was PERFECT and tasted exactly like home. Only note is they need more napkins but the owner himself personally brought me more when i asked.
