Great promotion, just got 3 footlong for $20. Chelsea was working by herself and she killed, she was kind with a huge line of customers and app drivers. She was fast and extremely polite. I hope one of the managers read this review and recognize a good employee that they have it.

Just walked in to order a few subs about an hour ago and the manager took one look at the door, rolled his eyes and shook his head like he was annoyed and upset that another customer was coming in. I turned around and walked out and went to norwich instead. What a horrible first impression. If you don’t like your job, do us all the favor and QUIT and get a manager in there with some customer service skills!

Avoid this place, just make your own. Honestly being hungry is better than ordering from here. I ordered tonight, usually avoid due to high prices. My food looks disgustingly messy, none of the 3 subs got toasted like I ordered. Had ingredients missing, which is especially frustrating when one of the sandwiches on had 2 additional toppings and one of them is missing, which completely ruined my 3 year olds night. Thanks for the reminder of why I haven’t gone to Subway in months.

This is the closest subway to my area. I visit here 1-2 times a month. I went there last night 1/13/24 to get a sandwich but the two male workers were busy with a big online order. My husband and I waited about 10 minutes for them to finish up. At no point in that time did they acknowledge that we were there. One of them even went to get chips from behind us and didn’t bother to say a word. Since there was no communication I did not know how long this order was going to take so I left to go to Chilis next door.

Food and service was fine. It was the customers that are the negative. Rude and incapable of having patience. Guy barked at the employee his entire order. Took multiple refills from the soda machine without asking. Stared at us as we ate and kept coughing loudly without covering his mouth. Otherwise the place is fine

Stopped to grab dinner on a Saturday night. The line was a few people deep and there seemed to be a lot missing from the sandwich-making station. There was only one guy working, named Dave. He handled the flow of customers well and managed the lack of ingredients as best as he could. He made the food quickly and correctly and was pleasant even though he was alone. Give him a raise!

I’m somewhat of a regular customer. Been coming in steadily for the last year. Usually it’s a great experience. Today? Not so much. There was a woman by the name Taylor working who I had never seen there before. She was such a bully to what seemed to be a very new employee learning her job. I felt so uncomfortable watching her talk to this young girl with such blatant disrespect. I felt so bad for the young girl. She was asking questions and her coworkers seemed more annoyed than anything when “assisting” her with eye rolls and under the breath comments for all customers to hear. It was so wrong on so many levels. Not to mention, a guy in line ordered 3 or 4 sandwiches and only paid $6.00 because he was fixing the cashier’s phone next door and she thought he was cute… So much unprofessionalism. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

It’s been along time since I have been to subway! Glad to have stopped at this one this time! The service was good they helped me through the process made it easy to choose the sandwich! Unlike the Subway I go to across from my job in Stonington when you ask for the extra veggies they give you the extra veggies. You feel like you get what you’re paying for and your sandwich is full as it should be. This has always been the case at this location whether who’s working. Get the Subway you deserve here
