Food and ingredients awesomeness, service usually decent, the atmosphere go there occasionally no one ever smiles.
tonight ordered online,tracker, took about 40 minutes to cook seems reasonable, text says it’s on its way delivery waited about another twenty minutes, open that bad boy up barly warm, rush out to the delivery guy send it back with him minutes later. I call the manager ask to send money back or same order fresh hot,food and also said up to you your decision on sending food or the money back, told him that will be my deciding on returning to Domino’s-Twenty minutes later sends back the cash. Smh oh well, their loss! Must be busy hahahahIt’s a Tuesday evening.

Wow very fast service here, the inside was immaculately clean. Pizza made absolutely perfect and wonderful. Got to sit here waiting for the bus with my daughter and eat our pizza in the nice AC. The young man who was working was very nice and got me a diet coke because their cooler didn’t have one in there. Would definitely recommend and return here again!

This has got to be the worst run Dominoes I have ever called. What ever happened to being professional when answering the phone, Identifying yourself, your business and asking, How may I help you? Instead, you get a, Hello? Nothing else, no asking if you’d like to place an order, nothing. I will definitely be calling anywhere else to place my order.

We order via the app. The tracker said the pizza had been delivered- I waited 10 minutes thinking the driver had accidentally hit the deliver button but wasn’t quite at the house- but alas- no pizza was delivered. I called the store and no one picked up. The general mailbox was full and the line said to call again. I called probably four times before someone picked up. The kiddo that answered was pretty flummoxed but friendly- he stated that his manager was not in and said they were slammed. I felt so bad but my kiddos were waiting on pizza and if mine had been delivered else where- that stinks but we could have had leftovers- not a huge deal- I just didn’t want to be charged. Just then! The pizza arrived. And it was the best dang pizza- I think dominoes has really stepped up their game. The last two time we have ordered: the pizza had been sooooooo good and loaded. Anyway- I bet this store gets crushed and I’m thankful they do a good job.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They will cancel your online order without question and apparently will charge your card and not put the order through online and then when you try to call them no one answers the phone and the line disconnects EDIT* just to add I had to close the card I used for this order this morning for FRAUD LOL I think someone from dominoes tried to steal my debit card info. So do not order using your card from here bc they will steal your information and money.

The food is absolutely delicious. I love it, but I have placed orders there and most of every single time they will cancel my order or we’ll just say that they’re not gonna deliver it which I have no idea why and who’s ever working at Domino’s in Ashland, who keeps canceling my order really needs to get fired. I’m just a person trying to order food like everyone else but I really do love Domino’s. I just don’t think the some people that are working in our Ashland. Domino’s are not good, but Domino’s is absolutely delicious.

My husband stop in there last night got two pizzas one was Hawaiian. The next day which today we have been vomiting and have diarrhea. We won’t go back to this place spend $50 on two pizzas just to throw it up. They gave us food poisoning.
