This is definitely one of our favorite weekly treats. We don’t like a huge menu so the flavor variety is just fine. If one of us doesn’t find a flavor of water ice that we like, they just get the ice cream. For me, I am happy as long as lemon is on the menu.

So happy we have a more local Rita’s in the area. I love that it’s attached to Philly Pretzel, because who doesn’t love a water ice/pretzel combo?? For the people complaining they don’t have enough flavor selection, they just opened. I’m sure as time goes on they’ll add to their list like the veteran stores around. I enrolled in their flavor list emails and keep an eye on what they have that day. They had two sugar free options today when we went and both were delicious! I also love that they have Juicy Pear frequently which is my husband’s favorite. We usually don’t see that flavor often. Keep up the great work!

My family was excited to see a Rita’s finally close by,unfortunately they are not even close to the other Rita’s in other places. Hardly any varieties of ice.ice cream had no flavor. The other Rita’s I’ve been too have at least 20 varieties of iced and ice cream, they had 8 iced and 3 ice creams. Not going there again. And the woman who seems like the boss is very non professional.

Until this point flavor selection has been limited. Mainstay flavors such as Chocolate are hit or miss. I just walked into the location excited for Island Fusion and heard a customer being told all the flavors they were out of.
Doylestown is a better bet. They have multiple custard flavors and a better selection of ice.
Also, if you have the app for “rewards” the flavors are rarely listed/updated and twice the purchases never registered in the app.

This location lacks items the other ones do. If something has recently come out to Rita’s menu, it will be missing from this location and may not be adapted here. It is helpful that it is in the same building as a Philly Pretzel Factory. The phone application for Android at the apecific location does not seem to work at the time of writing.

This Rita’s is the worst. The customer service is horrendous. The older blonde hair lady (she seems like she runs the place) was helping a customer who had her kid with her and I was standing by the register looking at the menu looking at the flavors for my kid and the blonde hair lady told me in a non friendly tone could I move out the way so the other customer could pay for her order.
The few times I have visited this Rita’s the blonde hair lady always looks stressed and when the store first opened they didnt have any of the common flavors available and the taste of the water ice you could tell they were skimping on the ingredients probably to cut their costs down.
It’s ashame that we finally get a local Rita’s in our town and I still have to travel out of town to get Rita’s because I will not patronize any place that makes me feel that my presence is not wanted in their establishment.
The worst mistake any of the local businesses make is making me feel some type of way as a customer because I will not spend my money at their store and I tell all of my friends and family not to patronize the businesses and they listen to me. Alot of revenue is to be lost and I am sure the busineses are feeling it.
Customer Service is key in any business. If you don’t have that, you don’t have a business, period.

Great place to get your water ice love the flavor selection. Inside is a tad small there is a small seating area inside. They have 2 small ice-cream parlor tables set up. comfortably it can fit 5 people anymore then that and it seems like it would be a tight fit. When i was went there was a long line and that was kinda a pain since there is not much room from the counter to the door people are walking infront of you trying to get in and out of the line . It is a tad disturbing for those in the small seating area when people are crammed next to you waiting… But the lines moves pretty quickly. But overall it’s place for a cool treat on a hot day.

They ran out of two popular flavors while we were ordering. I hope that they restock them soon so we don’t need to go to a different water ice store .
There was about a 5-10 minute wait and they only allow 2 customers in at a time.

Place was so clean and soo nice. The ladies at the counter were nice and friendly. So sad seasons ending but the pretzel factory is right across in the same building will definitely be going again!

Rita’s product is fine, but the employee made a mess with the blender and handed me a 3/4 full cup of what I ordered that cost 6.36 and didnt think to either remake it, fill the cup with custard, whatever. Not happy
