Do not shop at this subway. The girl who looks like she’s on something will threaten to call the cops on you for trying to get a refund. Even if you’re not being erratic or angry. I had placed an order over a week ago and when I went the store was closed but I was still charged. I’ve been back and talked to a guy named AP and told me he was a manager but couldn’t give me a refund since they had revoked that privilege. He took my name number and the date/money of the order. A week goes by still no call. I kept trying to go after work but the store was always closed early. Today I went and it was open I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she told me the last time this happened she had to call the cops and she would do so again if needed. I wasn’t rude but clearly frustrated since this has been an ongoing issue. The number on the door is disconnected and the google number is wrong so calling has not been an option. I’ve reached out to subway corporate no response there. She took my info as well and I hope the manager calls cause if not I will be back. It’s not the $30 that’s the issue it’s the principal and the way they’ve handled business is atrocious. Next step will be the BBB

Never going here ever again. My wife and I went here and got two sandwiches two chips and two drinks. There was no ice for the drinks but the person that was work said the pop machine served cold pop. But it came out off the machine hot. The worker said they would text the manager to see about a refund for the pop only. That’s all we wanted. They said the manager said they don’t do any refunds. And they didn’t offer any kind of Compensation for the drinks. That’s nit right to me it’s like selling my money. I Suggest they fix that Immediately. What a poor way to run a bisnus.

Should have took the bad score at face value. I only came here because the terrible location on Union is always out of soda. I come here and the guy tells me their computer isn’t working so it’s cash only. Word of advice: Don’t go to any Subway in the Denver metro. All their franchisees are clowns.

I placed an order online on Febrary 6th and it was confirmed for pick up at the Kipling location at 5:30pm. When I arrived, the door was locked and there was a handwritten sign on the door that said “Had to Step Out. Be back ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience. So sorry.” I waited for 45 minutes and finally left to get my order at a different Subway. I had to submit a refund request on the App and have yet to get a response. I have also received no communication or apologies regarding my unfulfilled order from the Kipling Location. Unacceptable.

Worst subway sandwich ever. Got a foot long blt with literally 3 tiny pieces of bacon. Most bites were all veggies. On top of that the veggies were not fresh and very minimal as well. Customer services was good as the person was nice but I don’t understand how they charged me full price for that. Also it was so little I had to stop at Taco Bell next door after just to fill me up.

Made an order through door dash and in the order had asked for double meat and lots more veggies than we received. We got only ham and lettuce with mustard. This was the 3rd or 4th time they have not included our requested ingredients and forgotten things. Unsure what the issue is (not paying attention or just too busy and need more help). So we got a redelivery and then another door dasher was told that our order was picked up and he called me and I told him we had some things wrong and missing. He then had me talk to the employee at Subway and she just argued with me, but said she’d be willing to give us our extra meat THIS time (we paid extra for it!!!) and basically said we didn’t ask for the extra meat. So she DID apologize for missing our cookies but was totally rude and had an argumentative tone with me and the door dasher (shout out to Stephen for being amazing at his job of door dasher!!!). She was not even listening to me. I had to repeat myself 3 times. I will not give my money or time to this Subway ever again. I will go to the one on Jewell and Wads. I hear they are great there. I suggest you do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Still reasonable prices when use coupons.
Service was nice and professional as you can’t find much of this service these days. The young man was very pleasant and polite and remained very calm even with couple people waiting in addition to on line orders queues…)
