Prices are absolutely outrageous. Yankee stadium prices inside a mall. We spent $90 for 4 burgers. 1 fry. 2 shakes. 2 drinks. 2 waters. On top of this the place is so packed that they messed up our order and the one burger was falling out of the bun. The quality is just not there because they are way too busy. I’m sure they would of gave me a new one but it was so crazyit was hard to even get someone’s attention. Everyone was working a station and with people flowing out of the door they were all working. Only reason for 2nd star is the workers were not goofing around. It might be one of busiest five guys around bud still doesn’t account for bad quality.

Pretty crazy right after a Jets game. However, they did a good job getting everybody fed and tried to keep things clean. One-person bathrooms but public bathrooms for the whole mall right around the corner.
The food was good and plenty of french fries. Kids were happy with their milkshakes.

I went to this location about a week ago on a Wednesday night, March 29th around 8pm after shopping and let me tell you that easily the best burger i’ve ever had in my 19 years of living (i’m an avid burger enthusiast btw). The restaurant was empty and the workers
we’re super cool and curtious. There were only a few guys working, but they were all awesome. I’ve been to Five Guys before and had high expectations as always, but wow. This is easily the best Five Guys experience i’ve ever had. The food was hot and fresh, a little pricey but that’s the price you pay for quality food now. I got a double bacon cheeseburger, drink, and reg fries for about $25. Burger was tender and made exactly the way i requested (which is rare). They were generous with the proportions and the place was very clean. Food was fast, and service was great. I made sure two tell the two guys behind the counter how much of an awesome job they did. Cheers guys . I’ll be back.

I have never seen such a nasty, dirty fast food place. I don’t see how anyone can sit and eat here. If the dining area looks like this, i cannot begin to imagine how the kitchen must look. Extreme disappointment.

Great example of a 5 guys experience.
Burgers are cooked well, not greasy and ordering through the kiosk is a breeze.
They constantly clean and wipe tables down.
Food comes fast and they are excellent at delivering the burger exactly as ordered.

We waited in line 30 minutes on a weekday and then another 30 to get our food and there were not enough chairs to sit anywhere. They need to hire 3 more cashiers and order more chairs. Bathroom was out of toilet paper. Trash was completely overflowing.
