Ordered curbside, so can’t rate the atmosphere. Service was exceptionally fast, no issues there.
Onto the food.
Zero flavor on the patty. Construction/ingredients give Sonic vibes, but overpriced and not as good.
If you’re starving, it’ll keep you from dying. 1/10 burger tbh. Cheese curds are super mid. Turtle Sunday was meh.
Lies were told by Culver’s loyalists. Will never get another burger here. Standing on business that this Culver’s should’ve been a Zaxbys or a Dave’s Hot Chicken.
Could not be more disappointed that we tore down nature for this and a storage unit. Poor city planning strikes again.

Love the food and service. Dinning area has the option to order from your seat, so that’s a big plus. Have enjoyed every dish we’ve tried here and will try more. Cheeses Curds were really good and chicken tenders were just that, tenders and juicy. Burgers are perfect as are the fries. In fact, there isn’t anything negative to say here and it should be a regular stop for anyone in the area or passing through. This is good quality food at a good price and no long wait, but not what I would classify as fast-food at all.

Today I decided to try the limited time only, Bacon Bleu Pub Burger.. well words cannot describe how beautiful that was. I nearly got teary eyed. It was exquisite. I hope I can order it again before it’s gone. Also the service was way better this time.

I had an amazing experience at Culver’s, and a huge part of that was thanks to the manager, John. From the moment I walked in, he absolutely brightened my day. His attitude, kindness, and genuine care made the whole place feel less like a fast-food spot and more like a family restaurant where you’re actually valued as a customer.
John went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and you can tell he truly takes pride in both his team and the service he provides. The food was excellent as always—fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d hope for—but the service is what really stood out this visit.
If you can, try to stop by when John is there he’ll definitely take care of you and make sure you leave happy. Much respect to him and the whole team. Experiences like this are what keep people coming back.

This is the second time I’ve come and the wait has been over 30 minutes in the drive-through to get my food. The first time was a mobile order for some custard, and by the time they brought it out, they were already melted, and they did not remake them. This second time I only ordered a value basket and it was still 30 minutes before I got the food.

Went to lunch, both had the 2 piece fish, ordered cod, got walleye. Totally greasy dripping oil. Coleslaw was watery. Took one order back for a redo, this time got cod. The second order one piece good other greasy, will not go back to this Culver’s ever.

Visited Culver’s on Sunday evening. Ordered at drive through. From start to finish the employees were outstanding. The girl taking our order was clear and very thorough. The cashier was friendly and the girl who brought out our order was friendly as well.

Everything went well which is surprising when a place just opens up. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Of course the custard is their keynote item in my opinion.
Yes, if you’ve never been to a Culver’s they seem a little bit pricier. But to me they’re so much better than some other fast food hamburger places. I love that you can also buy prepacked to-go custard in their freezer right across from the counter. The place was clean and staff were constantly walking around asking if you needed anything or cleaning up tables.
Outdoor tables are available with fixed umbrellas which might not help in summertime in that there’s a lot of seating at the tables that actually doesn’t get covered, probably a permanent covered awning would have been better. But there are several places to sit outside.

Super excited about this franchise opening. We were a little nervous about what kinks might need to be worked out, but we were pleasantly surprised. We had a little bit of a wait in the drive thru, but our order was accurate and the food was fresh and delicious. Happy, friendly people–good hires! We’ll be back!
