Pizza is solid for a generic chain, but the manager here is so amazing! She helped me with a large group order and then when I lost the receipt and had to call a week later she was cheerful and got it sent to me promptly. Big fan of her!!

I rarely order from here, but the pizza is actually pretty good. $14 for a small hand tossed pizza. The garlic dip is delicious. I ordered online around 5pm & it was delivered in 35 minutes Probably faster than most! The delivery driver was friendly and the online delivery tracker was accurate!

$23 for lg sauasage half black olive & canadian bacon. Without looking gave her $30 and told her to keep the change. Obviously this pizza was dropped or kept sideways in transport. NO STARS from this customer!!!

I wish I could leave negative stars. I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter to be delivered. I watched the tracker and got repeated updates showing the order was out of the oven, driver was in route and even saying the driver was arriving. However, the owner called and said I could either cancel the order or come pick it up myself. I’d already paid the delivery fee as well as a trip for the driver. No offer was made to refund those charges. I’d ordered the food for my nephew who doesn’t have transportation. This was the only way to get him food (I live in another state)

This place is the spot, the wife ordered a pizza, wings and cinnamon bites. They delivered it quick and the driver forgot all the sauces for the pizza and cinnamon bites. We called and he went back to pick them up and brought them to her. That’s is quality customer service i appreciate the honesty of that employee he should get a raise. Thank you Papa John’s.

I wanna take the time to leave this review as a thank you to the hard work and amazing customer service we continue to recieve. Mia (the manager that works both morning and night shifts from what I hear due to staff shortage) has always brought a smile to the counter and and took the extra time to make sure our Pizza is AS WE ORDERED. Prev managment would allow our pizza (always half and half as I share half with my wife) to be cut is the most outrageous ways, (0 clue how anyone could screw up cutting a pizza that bad let alone just messing up the order and ingredients entirely. Mia’s employees are the best. They are accurate and always working and cleaning. I have yet to see any employees on her shifts standing around. I have to applaud Mia on keeping such a tight crew and caring about the store she works for and keeping it running smoothly while showing respect and displaying excellent customer service. This Woman deserves a raise or bonus.
If I call and ask if Mia is on shift and they say no, I won’t even bother ordering. Thank you Mia for BEING the change this store, employees and customers deserve.

Not quite up to par with other Papa Johns we’ve been to. To date Papa John’s has always been our family’s pizza joint of choice where we have lived. Employees at this location were very courteous and professional but got our orders wrong. If the turnover rate is what other reviews have stated, I can understand why. Interesting that all their “specials” were $2-$3 more than every other city. Still great pizza, glad they are in Dickinson!

Absolutely the best pizza place in Dickinson. Always put the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. Orders are 99.6% of the time made within 15 min (and we order a lot when we order) always hot when we get there. Staff is the best we’ve encountered by far, always polite and haven’t ever messed up our order!
