Came here this morning for a quick breakfast, not very busy. I ordered at the kiosk got my number and went to sit down. After 15 minutes I went to see what was taking so long to get my food. An older lady asked me what I was looking for, I told her I had ordered 15 minutes ago I only ordered a sausage biscuit, hashbrown, and large iced coffee. The coffee was made but was just sitting behind the counter, she then bagged my food and handed it to me. Everyone including the management were on their phones. Even the cooks were texting while wearing gloves, this is just a disgrace. Sad to see what the American work force has become, yet they demand 20$ and hour the same or more than people working in industrial settings, what a joke. I do hope AI takes all these jobs, im sure a computer can figure out how to make a sausage biscuit without checking their likes on Instagram or the new viral TikTok.

Hardly ever get all of my food. Stood inside one night for 15 minutes waiting to order. It was me and one other lady. I videoed the employees playing and thinking it was funny. When i finally made it home with the food, this is what i had and yet again, no nuggets!!

A lady with red hair was at the register scratching her head before and after she handed me my food and had her hands in her mouth. I was disgusted and didn’t want to eat my food anymore

Disappointing. Food was typical (some good, some not). Buns on the Big Macs were hard.
Service was unacceptable. Had to ask four times for the person to add a Filet-o-Fish. Asked MULTIPLE times for no onions on one of the Big Macs. Still got onions.
The person taking our order was far more interested in avoiding eye contact with us and in watching other customers.
We overheard her making fun of another customer (who had ordered a latte) even though this customer was standing in front of her.
Strongly recommend additional training and encouragement to employ listening skills for the staff at this restaurant.

We ordered breakfast on the app at 9:52. We were finally given our order at 10:25. The food was already cold. They also didn’t give us straws or honey and jam packets. When asked for honey, they gave honey mustard and claimed they didn’t know what kind of honey was asked for. They also gave us a small sweet tea instead of a large. Absolutely ridiculous. That’s the last time yall will have our business. They also all have attitudes except for one older gentleman in the building.

This is a good location. The staff has been friendly and attentive the couple of times I’ve come here so far. The food has been fresh and the biggest thing for me, the fries were hot and crispy.
