I paid $40 for 3 subs, the chicken was dry and hard on all 3 of them. I tried calling this location multiple times to fix the issue/give me a refund but no one answered the phone. Don’t come to this location, nothing was fresh at all.

I visited this store and ordered a Footlong BMT sub. I asked for extra onions on my sub and when I asked for a little extra onion than what was already on there the individual said he would have to charge me extra for the onions. when i looked at my receipt when I got home the receipt said cheese add for $2.00 more. I went back to the store the next day to ask why I was charged for cheese rather than extra vegtables they said thats how we do it we don’t have a button for extra vegetables. I got charged $2 for a couple onions crazy. No where on the signs does it say they charge for extra vegetables and if you look at Subways websites it only states that they charge extra for guacamole, cheese ,and meat. I called the manager and she was no help and says that is what corperate told them to do with excessive vegetable request. I went to a different sub approx 5 mile away and ordered the same sub and also asked the employees there if that was their policy and they said they would never charge extra for extra vegetables. Please avoid this store in the Super Wal Mart in South Milwaukee they are stealing your money. Just think if they do this to 200 customers a day they are stealing 400 dollars for a couple onions.

Wow Omar a unhappy person waited at counter after 8 minutes came out and stated he can’t hear cause of bad refrigerator noise and that he does more than counter? Told me the line starts at other end? Nobody around rude.I left and west to Cousins never go back after years.Fire him do your self an upgrade. Omarr was absolutely amazing. His service was top tier. I’ve stopped coming to this location because of a horrible experience here back in May. The lady manager was rude, inattentive and just made my sandwich sloppy and gross looking. I’ve started coming back after I met Omarr here. He was polite, attentive, time efficient with preparation of food. This is my 4th time back within a month because of his character and service. Please don’t let a great employee like him go. I like coming here now and I want to keep it this way. God bless and have a great day.

If you want horrible service and rude attitudes, this is the Subway for you! I came to this location over a week ago for sandwiches and sidekicks and was told they didn’t have any of the sidekicks, that the warehouse was out. No biggie. They’re a new novelty, so it happens. Today (2-20-24 around 11:30am) I did some shopping at Walmart, not expecting to stop at Subway, but I thought I’d ask if they had the sidekicks in, and they did! I asked for a pretzel and cookie and was told to get in line behind people who hadn’t decided on what sandwiches they wanted. I stood behind them, and I asked them if they would mind if I went in front of them because I wasn’t getting sandwiches this time, and they said sure. There was another young woman working who began making the sandwiches for this couple. I placed my order with the EXTREMELY rude young woman who then asked the couple if they wanted sidekicks and “what do you want”, to which the customer said, “Sure, she’d like a churro.” I then waited while this worker did everything but the pretzel and cookie I ordered, including making the churro. She cleaned up and walked around. I decided to go spend my money some place else and left. I can see why the reviews for this location are so bad. There are many other places to spend your money. Go to the Cousins on Layton or the Subway location on Whitnall.

When I asked why so much, thinking she may have charged me for extra meat or something, she told me that prices on the board are not the same as they are in the register. The sandwich was $7.59, but with tax, it came to the $8.01. After a short 2 mile ride home, I sat down to eat the sandwich. There was SO much mayo that my sandwich was actually dripping! I tried getting some of the mayo off, but halfway through the half sub, the bread was soggy. I should have remembered my previous review and not gone here.

Its been awhile since we went here , ordered online for pick up and asked for toasted, no tomatoes and our sandwiches look like someone was having a bad day . Also 2 were a cold cut combo, we got upgraded bologna sandwiches. Will go back to the one on Whitnall , used to like going threw this one because was closer ..

As I go in to pick up my order, I catch one of the employees sitting on a chair in the back, rubbing on his feet that is disgusting and unprofessional. Do not eat here. The minute he saw me he put his shoe back on and pretended he wasn’t rubbing on his feet.

I’ve never had a good experience at this Subway. People are extremely rude. I waited 20 min and no one even came from the back to help me. I tried to place an order over the phone and was told they’re not “allowed” to. Since when?!
UPDATE: I have been boycotting this subway and drive to Oak Creek because I watched them cut my sun after dipping a dirty knife, in dirty water, and letting the dirty water drip on my sub. I threw it away.
Today – I had a lot to do and ordered via door dash. I didn’t realize it was this subway… but I ordered so it was too late. This is what my wrap looked like upon arrival.

Here in South Milwaukee Walmart subway now they’re going to charge you for extra stuff when they put a little bit of lettuce on your sub a little bit of black olives and you want extra stuff now they’re going to charge you for it subs alone cost $45 $50, now if you want extra stuff pay more! Rip off! They lost my business!
