The food was pretty good. We had dragonfire wings as an appetizer, and the lunch special (pizza and soup or salad). The wings were fantastic. The loaded potato soup seems a little watery. The selection of pizza toppings was amazing. I had roasted zucchini, meatball and bacon. They also offer a variety of crusts including cauliflower. The price was really good for the amount of food received.

this place slaps! my boyfriend and i come here a lot and their barbecue chicken pizza is seriously top 3 pizzas ever. their ranch and tuscan fries are so good too!! plus their coffee is even good!! definitely recommend
update: came here a year later and it’s still delicious!!! we come pretty regularly but this time i tried the pappardelle bolognese and it was so worth it, very flavorful and meaty. the focaccia it came with was delicious too!!
the service is also always great when we come 🙂 our waiter today was super sweet and attentive. my favorite pizza place in gainesville!

We really enjoy this restaurant everything is hot and fresh. Their pizzas are wonderful, I usually get their scampi pizzetta, but I wanted to try something different. I ordered one of the lunch specials, 1/2 sandwich and salad for 15.00. I had the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich, made with roasted chicken, apple,pecans,sun-dried cherries,onion,lettuce, tomato and digonase on fresh baked focaccia bread. The salad was the Micanopy salad consisting of fresh garden greens, carrots, grape tomatoes, cucumbers,and red onions. Hubby had the roasted turkey club. It has roast turkey breast, bacon,provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and roasted garlic aioli. It comes with house made pickles, a combination of dill and bread and butter,and chips, or you can upgrade, 5.00, the chips for Tuscan fries, definitely do they are awesome . Dip them in the garlic aioli sauce. Yum. We usually are so full, and we did get a to go box, but we had to try the Key lime tart. I’m so glad we did it was so creamy and tarty and the crust was amazing. They only down fall is the hard wood seats. Just wish they had cushions on them for these old bones.

I placed an online order. Due to a mishap on my end I accident I accidentally ordered a gluten free pizza instead of a calzone. Upon arrival they made me a fresh calzone, and offered drink while I waited. Olivia did a great job making my friend and I feel welcomed at the bar while we waited for the fresh calzone due to my own mistake.

This was my first time coming here. I was recommended to come here by several friends. Let’s start with the positives- our server was great. Very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. The Caesar salad was great. Okay now for the negatives- the card decks they give you are absolutely disgusting and should be switched out yearly- which clearly they are not. The manager has a problem with people, even his own staff. My pizza came out not as it should, our server was quick to fix the issue eventhough it was a kitchen error. We were told to keep the small pie that was errored and while waiting I had a very small slice to just get the taste. Within a minute the manager came over and grabbed the pizza with an attitude and started actively arguing with his pizza makers. I’ve never seen something like this go down. I’ve worked in this industry for over 10+ years, and I have never witnessed a manager be so unprofessional. After the pizza was made, he dropped it off at the table with only saying “here you go” with a crappy tone. Will not be back because the food isn’t even that great. Happy with Satchels and Leonardo’s where the staff/management are much more of a pleasure to deal with, along with consistency of the food.

I have been here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Lunch was great, service was amazing and the waitstaff was so nice. I ordered a gluten free Margherita pizza and I really loved it! Dinner was quite disappointing though. The service wasn’t great. We had table of 6 and everyone’s food came out at different times, mine was 15 minutes after everyone else got their food. I ordered a gluten free Lombardo Pizza. I will say this was unlike any other pizza I have had mainly because there was a massive amount of arugula tossed on top of my pizza. It was more of a salad with a little bit of pizza crust which was NOT what I was expecting. the arugula is almost last on the ingredients list followed by olive oil. I would not recommend that pizza. I added a photo of the pizza AFTER I took the arugula off and the excessive amount of arugula that filled an entire plate that was initially piled on top of the pizza. It was just a bit odd. The service was about average, we never had refilled water cups and once we ordered food, we never saw our server again until she brought us the check.

Dined with friends that are regulars at this location. Waitstaff was so pleasant. She made good recommendations that were spot-on. Shrimp appetizer was very tasty. Salads were better than expected and our two hand tossed pizzas ( meatball/ cheese) had good NY crust, not greasy and the meatballs had the best texture and spice. We will certainly come back. My little girl and I really enjoy this restaurant which has a very pleasant and family, friendly atmosphere. Their pizza is top-notch and freshly made with prime ingredients. The restaurant is also good for date nights as it has a separated, bar with seating and high Café tables as well as outdoor seating. I really appreciate the drawing materials, dough, and toys that they offer to the kiddos whilst awaiting their meal.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Who in Gainesville voted this as the best this town has to offer is insane! Chewy crust and the pictures they post do NOT represent what you actually get. Will not be returning
