This new Italian bakery is a hidden gem in town. We came across this place and the friendly owner greeted us with a big smile. She introduced the menu selections to us and we were so excited to give it a try.

We bought a savory puff pastry with goat cheese, it was amazing and we finished it before we could take any photo. It was our first time to try a baked polenta concia which was aromatic with grilled mushroom, onion and mashed corn.

We’re heading back today to try their focaccia before leaving Lake Tahoe.

A little taste of Italy but in Tahoe. My friends and I had a drink with some of the focaccia and pastries as appetizer and it was perfect.

Traditional Italian focaccia!!! Try the tomato and sausage; amazing sauce, tasty sausage and perfect garlic&onions.
