This is a decent place for Vietnamese food, especially considering how few Vietnamese options there are on the island. The papaya salad was great. The banh mi sandwich was just ok— the pickled daikon/carrot tastes barely pickled, the bread was kind of tough, and the sauce was not very well seasoned. But again, just having a banh mi on the island is great. Bonus points for having a separate vegan menu.

Great vegetarian and vegan options here! They have a section just for vegetarian/ vegan options. I ordered the tofu summer rolls, tofu banh mi and tofu pho. The banh mi was one the best on Maui – their bread came out with a nice thin crispy layer that doesn’t hurt your mouth, and the tofu sauce was so good. The summer roll was better than most places I’ve been and they gave me two dipping sauces so I didn’t have to share. The pho had a good veggie broth but I didn’t taste the pho spices – most people would add hoison for flavor. It did satisfy my craving for hot nourishing soup and the veggies topping was generous.

This place was amazing! The pho was delicious and was very hot when it came out. We had a group of 5 and there was no wait, staff was also super nice. If we are ever back in Maui, I would definitely go back.

Can’t believe legit pho exists in Maui! Go with the oxtail or the short rib. And add tendons to the pho. You won’t regret it.

We came here later on Monday evening. The hot stone pho and noodle salad with egg roll were so delicious. The server was also very nice, checked in a couple times and let us know the best to eat these dishes. We asked for an empty plate to share the noodle salad and he brought us the plate and another empty bowl as well for us to share the soup pho! That was excellent thinking on behalf of the customers ahead. If you were the employer, he would be the be the best employee. Really good mindset.

My wife and I stopped at Pho Noodle Bar after being recommended by business owners in Wailea. What an amazing experience! We had the best Pho ever, including spring rolls as starters! Our meal was absolutely delicious! This place definitely made it to our list to visit again! Thanks for the great food and service!

Their Oxtail Pho is super ONO I went twice within a month because it was so good. I would definitely recommend this to both pho and oxtail lovers. I love both, so it is awesome that it’s combined.

I used their vegan menu to order a vermicelli. They asked 3 times if I want fish sauce with it. I kept replying that no, is it vegan? And they would say yes, but they ended up serving it with soy sauce. The noodles were old, the tofu was over seasoned, and the portion was about a third the size it would be at the Vietnamese place on the Westside. I’m never coming back here. Vegans beware.
