I am in Aurora for a conference. We stopped at Mario’s last night to have street tacos. They were delicious and the service was both kind and quick.
In fact, our experience was so positive that we returned for lunch today. This time, we had the burritos, and they were delicious as well and very filling.
I would highly recommend this establishment!

Excellent street tacos. I had 4 different types of tacos and in all 4 the meat was juicy and not dry, which is a worry for street tacos. Thank you!

After driving by multiple times I finally stopped by to eat at Mario’s and it did not disappoint. The staff was great, they were very humorous and kind to their customers. You know the food truck is good when there is a line. I ordered 6 tacos, 1 burrito, and a large horchata.

Not sure if these reviews are for the same food truck because they don’t serve birria tacos. Visited this place last night and was not impressed. Ordered chicken tacos (4) and a plate of adobada, which comes with rice and beans. Total came out to $18?!! Super overpriced and most of the pork in the platter was fat. Chicken definitely could’ve been better too. Pretty disappointing. Oh well.
